I will repeat John Shawcross's review ... Massive Mark Up on rectification work. They come up with inflated quotes at the last moment when AFSS due, charged $5000 for $500 battery...900% mark up.Found tried to charge for same parts in just couple of months for another Thousand dollar. They take full advantage of the ordinary people, truly all fire contractors are robbers. Thank you John for your comment. 23/04/24 - I appreciate your response. Seeing ridiculous costing again and again I have asked through Starta for itemised bills such as Parts, Labor ... Never had it because the mark up not justifiable . And I am not the only who says same - there are other saying same as well. This sector is fully robbery , people are being scapegoat of AFSS.
