Well, they live up to their name. The service really was A1. I emailed them, from their website, and got a phone call back very quickly. They were clear in their costs and said they would get someone to call when they would be in our area. Next day they phoned to say that they could do it the following morning between 9 and 12. The service guy phoned that morning to let us know his ETA and he was spot on. And he really knew how to deal with the problems we had with a blind, some curtains and a shutter. All fixed very quickly and professionally. He was fantastic. Really recommend A1 Blinds.

A1 Blinds is a fantastic business! We have used them several times for window coverings in our own home as well as at my sister’s and the experience has always been such a positive one. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive with other companies and the processes they have in place to measure up and install the blinds are very efficient. It was easy to arrange a time for their representative in our area to meet, measure up and discuss the options and the quote came in very promptly with no ‘hard sell’ involved at all. They gave us an approximate time of when the blinds would be ready to be installed but it was actually much quicker than we were told. We had cause to go to the A1 Blinds showroom in Clayton at one stage and it is so well set out, lots of examples of different blinds to see and such helpful staff there - a very positive experience! We are so happy with our new blinds and will continue to engage A1 Blinds for our future needs when the time arises as it is such a good company and experience.

We were very happy with the overall experience. The team was very efficient through out. Micheal , Kyle and Brett were great. They come when they said they would come and installed quickly and no fuss and even took away our old awnings.

A1 Blinds were recommended to us by a family relative. We were looking for beautiful outdoor motorised awnings as our windows are quite high and get a lot of sun. We contacted A1 and they arranged a free measure and quote. We met Dale and instantly we knew we were in good hands. After the measure he provided us with materials, colour options, hood colours, edge finishing, motorisation, and an optional automated solution to use via an app. They also provide an electrician to connect the motorisation which we couldn’t find with any other curtains/blinds company. The turnaround time from order to installation was less than 4 weeks. We could not get this timeframe anywhere else and believe me I went to 6 different curtains/blinds businesses. The customer service experience, product material & knowledge, installation crew…you can tell they’ve been around for decades and it shows. Just a trust worthy business that’ll look after you and make your home beautiful. Thanks a million cheers
