Overall

These guys have a hole dug in the middle of the road on 21 Ave NE but all their signs are pushed off to the side, no cones, nothing, just a wide open hole. They honked when I got close to it and then put a single cone up. I noticed the "road closed" sign on my way out, angled towards the sidewalk on the other side of the road. These guys are going to cause an accident. A serious one. Other reviews have stated their lack of proper signage as well.

City hired Alsa to pave the back alley. Alsa proactively gave the residents an option to add an apron or skirt to the garage lip at material cost. Loved the option and also increased the scope from edge to edge for the property line. Love the clean and smooth surface. Thank you and would hire this team again.

They poured steps from the side walk to our walk way. Except they didn't put any signage indicated it. So when the the Amazon delivery driver arrived, he stepped in fresh cement. They obviously seen the damage done, when they came the next day to take the forms off.

this company is so short sighted, they tore down and blocked off over 10 intersections in a residential area at once in one day, no parking and all for all the people who live there, and left the signs up on each intersection as they worked on others instead of doing one at a time so the people who live there could actually use their space. Its been 2 weeks since I haven't been allowed to park in front of my own home along with everyone on my whole block. They have done about 3 days of work in that time. They don't think.

Worst company to work for moved back to help them finish the season, was told would be returning next season. They waited 2 weeks before the start up meeting to let me know wouldn't be returning. Office doesn't trust employees and chooses to waste time spying than finding more jobs. So much gossip, slander and rumors. Don't waste your time! Find a better company!
