Poor service, mistakes on survey and attempt to gouge me. I hired 360 based on the good reviews here but was surprised to find very little and very poor communication from them. They charged me nearly $1500 for a survey for a garage permit. They made mistakes on the survey and didn't place any pins. Effectively, the survey was useless. When I asked them to come out to place some pins Evgeny ignored me and then demanded an additional $1200. I found out from another surveyor that their survey was useless and since they didn't place any pins whatsoever, no one else could use it. Fine print on the survey was added after I received it that states it was only for a permit which is not what I asked for. Very deceptive practice. Be careful and make sure you know what you are getting from your surveyor before you agree. And avoid this guy!

I shopped around before settling on Evgeny at 360 Land Surveying to reestablish our property boundaries for fencing purposes. He was very helpful from the initial phone discussion, taking the time to understand our needs and explaining the different survey options possible. He was also the only one to disclose previous survey data registered on title (that others also could access) which helped us to better understand our lot. He got the job done very quickly - working on a Saturday - and even returned to stake one more post that we had forgotten to ask him to mark. He walked us around the property before the survey to agree on the parameters to use and again afterward to ensure we understood the markings. He thoroughly explained the 2 documents he produced for us as well as the caveats and limitations of each, which we appreciated. His pricing was very competitive and service was great. If you hire Evgeny, you won't be disappointed.
