We hired 1BENMU not only for custom cabinetry but also to manage our entire house renovation, and the experience was fantastic. They coordinated with different contractors efficiently, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The custom cabinets for our kitchen, bathroom vanity, and dining room were beautifully done, and the quality exceeded our expectations.

The team was professional, easy to work with, and very patient during the final inspection, even though we were quite particular about the details. Special shout-out to Mila! Not only did she handle all the drawings for the cabinets and renovation with care, but she was also patient throughout the entire process. Carter as our project manager was great—patient, communicative, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

The project was completed on time, although slightly over budget. Overall, we’re extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend 1BENMU to anyone in need of a reliable, high-quality renovation team.

I worked with several construction and interior design teams while launching my business and renovating our store. In my experience, 1BENMU was by far the most efficient, accurate, and reliable. I presented them with a custom counter design, and they promised a 3-4 week delivery of the work. They delivered the job on time, which is quite rare in the construction world.

Over the course of three weeks, they were extremely communicative about specifications and showed excellent attention to details regarding features such as exact colors, the radius of curvature of the elements, sizes, fixtures, etc. They communicated everything clearly with me, eliminating surprises at the end—a rare commodity in the construction world.

Finally, when I requested a last-minute change in the color of the counter, they accommodated my request with no problem. The results were more than satisfactory, as you can see in the attached photos. They even generously did a photoshoot of their work at no charge! I highly recommend 1BENMU Inc. for their solid work ethics and high efficiency. As I learned, they handle all sorts of construction work, not just interior design. I plan to work with them on my future construction projects as my company grows. Go with 1BENMU if you want a headache-free construction experience!

Overall

This company did all my kitchen cabinetry and custom closets.
Pro: pricing was good, customer service was good.
Con: it took them over a year to come back and complete all the outstanding deficiencies. Still not happy with the cheap hardware used for the closet drawers which prevent them from opening smoothly.
Overall, I was mostly happy with the finished product and the owner was patient and persistent in completing the job to satisfaction.
