I have done a lot of building in my day, so I know superb craftsmanship and artistry when I see it. Alan's knowledge and skills far exceeded my highest expectations. Alan built my stairs in a couple days, when I had estimates of four to five days from other contractors. Showed up on time worked with only a couple of very short breaks. The finished product was excellent. Thank you Alan.

Prior to meeting Alan at LLocal Stairs Railings, we struggled finding a trustworthy and knowledgeable contractor to complete our backyard project. After contacting Alan, he arrived at our home the same day. During our first meeting, Alan evaluated our plans and offered several recommendations about the materials and the railing layout.
After getting bids from several local and national competitors, we hired Alan. We also followed ALL of his recommendations which included a big shift in material from wrought iron to stainless steel. Alan completed the job on time. He was very responsive to our needs and the needs of the other contractors on the project.
We could not be more happy with this railing project. When people see the railings, they all say the same thing, “Wow. These railing are beautiful!”
