I highly recommend this company. I called on a Tuesday and he was here by Thursday, and fixed my washer in under an hour. Richard was very professional with all of our communication and the price was very affordable.

We had an oven not heating correctly. Called them and service man answered phone, said he would be right over. Replaced oven thermostat and works great now. Very polite and efficient very reasonable rates.

The technician was quick to return our call, was fast to come out and had our dryer repaired in minuets. The price was very affordable and he was extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this company and technician to anyone needing appliance repair.

Rich helped me over the phone diagnose why my dishwasher was no longer draining after replacing my garbage disposal. Rich knew within seconds what the issue was and didn’t charge me. Will definitely be using Coastal Appliance when a future issue arises.

This is the second time we have called Coast Appliance - once for refrigerator and once for dryer. He was so responsive and pleasant and had us up and running very quickly. His prices were very reasonable. I have referred several friends and he has made me proud every time. Can’t say enough good.

Rich came out the next day and took care of the issue with my french door refrigerator. He located a problem I didn't know I had and fixed it. He also fixed the problem I called about. He explained everything to me. He's very knowledgeable. Love this refrigerator style unless drawer freezes shut.
