One employee keeps calling the company I work for acting like he has a working relationship with our office manager. I've repeatedly told him we are not interested in his services and to take our number out of his system, but he acts like I'm lying to him and calls back in a few months. Most recently he hung up on me when I asked him to stop calling.

Absolutely outrageous. Quality of customer service is below zero. They will lie and treat you like you're an idiot. Avoid this company at all costs. They will end up costing you for their mistakes and yet blame you for them. Worst company in many regards.
