The entire process couldn’t have went any better, from the quality of the work, to the communication!! Waaaaaay exceeded my expectations!!! Julio is such a pleasure to deal with. We first went to a pool remodeling business in West Palm Beach, and they strongly steered us towards the standard plaster finish that we had. We weren't completely sold on getting the same old fashioned finish. We did some research and found that Pebble Tech was the "Rolls Royce" of pool finishes and we decided to go to Florida Plastering and Pool Remodeling. From the moment we walked into the pristine showroom and were welcomed by Julio we knew we had made the right decision. Julio is knowledgeable and helped us select our pool finish, we chose Pebble Brilliance Oasis and Julio suggested that we add extra cobalt glass pebbles to enhance our color. Julio also helped us choose the perfect glass tile for our pool, so with that we signed our contract and went home happy campers.
We talked about doing over our patio pavers as well so we contacted Julio and he suggested us to come back to the showroom the following day since it would have to be completed before the pool renovation.
He was very patient as we browsed the beautiful paver selection, and finally decided on Crema Nova. Julio's team of paver installers were professional and very good at their jobs. The patio turned out better than our expectations, and then onto the pool renovation. His team of workers were friendly, extremely focused on their jobs and we watched our pool turn into a gorgeous designer looking pool.
Suenia and Shelia in the office were very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had regarding paperwork and giving us updates on our project through its completion.
Julio made this experience very pleasant and the results have exceeded anything we had imagined. We highly recommend Florida Plastering and Pool Remodeling.

Our recent experience resurfacing our pool was excellent! This is a company that has knowledgeable and very efficient crews that take pride in their work. With this being said, there is one person that Florida Plastering is very fortunate to have, Sheila Goodrich, office manager coordinator. It is so refreshing to work with someone like Sheila who is truly customer centric. Her communication, coordination, and follow up is always done with urgency. Sheila, thank you for everything you did to ensure a job well done.

10 days from start to finish. Love the new look of my pool. Fred and his crews were polite while redoing my pool. All my contact whether office, Fred etc all answer in a timely manner. Highly recommend

I also HIGHLY recommend the Pebble Tec finish over any of the Diamond Brite, Gem Coat whatever finish. Pebble Tec coating is the real deal and will last 4-5 times as long saving thousands over time.
Like anything else in life, all these so called "pool" folks are NOT created equal and most of them only want to "do the job, run, never to be seen or heard from again should you have a problem".....NOT Florida Plastering & Pool Remodeling....Julio and his loyal team sincerely care about every project even after said project has long been completed....once a customer, always a customer in their mind, wether a given task is being billed or not!

It was a pleasure to work with Fred Guerra at Florida Pool Plastering. He and his staff are professional, courteous, timely and neat. We spoke with a half dozen other companies before seeing his company van at another home in the neighboorhood and gave Fred a call. Glad we did, and highly recommend Fred for any pool repair!

Fred was the 3rd/last pool remodeling company we met and we knew instantly we'd go with them if quote came in near others' quotes, for we preferred his knowledgeable approach, professionalism, no nonsense way he dealt with my husband and I bombarding him with questions/concerns since we knew we had some unique (at least to us) issues to address.
His crew was knowledgeable and professional, smiling and hardworking and we appreciated their work ethic and daily cleanup provided, so we didn't have to stress too much about our dogs around the construction.
We were perplexed with some aspects of prepping for upcoming deck refinishing, and Fred referred us to specific products and offered demo help in those areas, which was greatly appreciated. To over promise and underperform is typical in South Florida, but when Fred commits something to you, you can feel confident he'll try to help.
We've no regrets selecting this firm and hope to have the pleasure to work with them on future homes we renovate.
If you want a long lasting pool finish and efficient start to finish of your project, I recommend you hire this company!

A special thank you to the entire team at Florida Plastering and Pool Remodeling for an exceptional plaster installation. I am a custom pool builder from N.J. And my company Cipriano Custom Pools has been designing and building high end luxury swimming pools for 25 years. I just completed building our own pool here in Palm Beach Gardens and I have to tell you Florida Pool Plastering did one of the best plaster installations I’ve seen to date. This wasn’t your typical pool, the geometric shaped perimeter overflow was finished with a custom glass tile and it had double the normal returns and light fixtures.
Every single edge and corner was super crisp, also the detailing around the fittings and light fixtures was as smooth as could be. The perfect ending to an extremely challenging build. Thank you Florida Pool Plastering for helping us complete our own private oasis!

Julio and Fred did an amazing job redoing my pool deck and turf. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and the entire process was very transparent. They were always there working on time and there was no nickel and diming. We loved working with them and they did an amazing job!
