I recently had the flooding in my basement, and I'm so glad I called 1-800 Water Damage of Manchester and Nashua. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and provided exceptional service at a very reasonable price. Josh Strout, in particular, was a pleasure to work with—he clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He thoroughly assessed the damage, explained the entire process, and worked swiftly to get things back to normal. The team took care of everything, from water extraction to drying and ensuring there was no long-term damage. I’m incredibly impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. Would highly recommend. Water in your finished basement is awful but Josh made the process much easier. Worked with me the whole way and made suggestions. Very knowledgeable. Basement is dry now. Happy with the outcome

Josh and his team at 1-800 Water Damage are incredible! We had a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom that caused a ton of damage to that room, our upstairs landing and our kitchen ceiling below it. Josh came out the next day and together with his team completed a new kitchen ceiling, new bathroom and updated carpet that had been damaged upstairs in just weeks. We had clear communication throughout the whole process and really valued his professional connections and recommendations. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Josh and 1-800 Water Damage highly enough. I had a flooded basement a few days before Christmas this year and called Josh in the evening. He showed up early the next morning, surveyed the situation, and provided me with an honest estimate to pump out the water and dry the basement.
He spent the time to help move items out of the basement and removed the water and placed fans and dehumidifiers in the right locations to maximize their effectiveness.
The most amazing part of the service was I had to leave my home for Christmas with my family and while I was away Josh checked on the basement and provided daily updates to me.
Josh, thank you so much for helping me out, providing excellent service, and allowing me to enjoy Christmas with my family.

With all the recent rain and a failed sump pump, we had water seeping into our finished basement, in our carpeted area. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. We had fans and other equipment set up immediately and thankfully, they were able to prevent any damage from occurring. Highly recommend and we will use them again if we have issues again.
