Amazing is an understatement! They were awesome. Just needed my bigger items (couches, bed, table, dresser, and entertainment center) moved and they had it all packed up in no time and at the storage unit and then my parents house as a split destination and they had it done in 2 hours no problem. They had an answer for any issue we encountered and I could not continue to thank them enough with everything I’m going through lately my brain is not functioning. Outstanding job fellas!

When I paid the deposit, I was sure to make it clear that I’m a single mom with two full time jobs and that I had done as much packing as I could find time to do. I was specific about the furniture, the number of boxes and totes already packed, and the estimated number of additional boxes that needed to be packed. I moved out of a very small space - less than 1,000 sq ft. When the movers came in to view the items, I was taken aback by their reactions. They acted as though I was somehow inconveniencing them because not everything was boxed up and ready to be carried out. One guy spent nearly three hours messing around on his phone while he packaged three half-sized cupboards of breakables from the kitchen. Actually, he eventually abandoned that job and my two children (11 & 14) finished packing the glassware and the items in the dishwasher. They didn’t move one single box or tote from the attic/storage area referenced in the initial call and shown to them. My children and I cleared out that entire space, carrying the large, heavy items all the way to their truck to be loaded. They also didn’t move the patio furniture that was discussed on the call. I was then told that there was a lot more “stuff” than what they were told and that it was going to take them longer and cost more. Meanwhile, one person fumbled around with disassembling my bed for an hour and then proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t take it apart without breaking it. They left behind an astounding number of items for me to take care of. I had to extend my lease by ten days and take time off work in order to to complete the job they did not finish. While moving the furniture into the new home, many things were damaged, including one papered wall that will need to be professionally repaired. Of the three guys who handled the move, the big guy who lifted my piano by himself was great. He worked hard, was always smiling, and did a fantastic job. The guy who packed the kitchen did a great job unloading and has great customer service. The third guy was unprofessional and generally had a poor attitude. I have hired moving services several times and have never had such an unsatisfactory experience. It was very disappointing. I tipped them each $60 because I know how physically demanding their job is and it was really hot that day, but dang! Do better for your clients - especially when you know they actually NEED your help.

Shiv, Tony and Bradley were excellent in our move. They were courteous, professional and were very careful with our belongings. I would highly recommended these guys and the company. Very easy from contacting and setting everything up to the move itself. Batman, Robin and Robin were Awesome!!

I’ve come back and had to edit our review from 5 stars to 2 stars after arriving to our new house.
At first I really liked the kids who were our movers even though they showed up seeming really slow and tired, and forgot their dollys and didn’t have enough packing tape to wrap furniture (they used ours which was fine). It took almost an hour for one of them to go back and get them from their headquarters but once they arrived they moved our stuff quickly. But unfortunately the way they moved and stacked our items resulted in damage for multiple items. Boxes with clear labels that say “do not stack” or “this way up” were completely ignored. At the end of the day we are paying by the hour so we don’t mind if they were to take a few extra seconds to read the labels and stack boxes strategically instead of as fast as possible. Once things were wrapping up and they had a few awkwardly shaped items, they kind of just put them in the truck and then decided they were done and nothing else could fit. I had to ask about the areas rugs and other small things like trash cans to still be put in the truck but they seemed hesitant to do so because they just wanted to be done. So after they hounded both me AND my husband THREE TIMES for 5 star google reviews, we spent about 6 hours rearranging the back of the moving truck so everything could fit. I felt it was odd that they wanted to wrap things up so quickly even though we clearly had more things to pack. They just didn’t care and wanted to get out of there.
I would use a different moving company if I were you. Someone who hires adults and not college kids who don’t respect your stuff. I was told everyone was well trained gentle with your things, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Even the guys who helped unload at our destination were disappointed with how everything was stacked/treated. I was looking forward to using a local company but ended up being very disappointed.

These guys are amazing. We had Shiv, Tony, Jeff, and Chelbric help us with a move. Everyone was kind, funny, energetic, and they got the job done quickly. They take very good care of everything, wrapping up important objects and padding walls. These guys were truly great and each of them were very pleasant to be around even as they are moving around our heavy stuff. The company was great and specifically the guys that helped with our move. Moving Proz is the best out there!

Richie and Jeremiah did it for us, our three bedroom house was quoted for a 26-footer for 900 bucks from other moving providers, but they did it in a 20-footer with half the space left in just under 2 hours. Highly recommend them, the reviews don't lie, would definitely use moving pros again.

Trevor and Robert did a fantastic job. I was concerned when I looked up the company and saw so many high reviews, wondering if they were real. However they’re all true.
The process was easy. They protected the wall and floor. I’d recommend them and use them again for my moving needs.
