We had a very unfortunate experience of having a broken hose flood our kitchen and basement. We worked with Mark at 1-800-water-damage. They were super responsive and came out to the house as soon as possible. They established a good plan to help us remediate the damage. Their professionalism was off the charts, explaining everything that they were doing and walking us through the process. Super impressed with how well organized they were and how efficiently they got the situation under control. Highly recommend contacting them when disaster strikes and you aren’t quite sure what to do.

Mark and his team were so awesome. We've never had to deal with something like this and they made the process seamless. They helped us through the whole process and guided us to what we should do next. You could feel a genuine consideration for us and what we were going through and we are so grateful that they made this as easy as it could have been for us under the circumstances.

Marc and his team were amazing to work with. They took a catastrophic situation and made it manageable for us. They arrived quickly and had us drying out within the hour. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and friendliness. Hopefully I’ll never have to go through something like this again but if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Thanks Marc!

I just wanted to share that the customer service of 1-800 Water Damage of Northern Utah is amazing! Marc and Teri were just so professional and patient and took the time to explain their services. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any Mold, Water or any restoration services.

Can't say enough good about the great people at this company. They were able to come so quickly to help clean up damage from our water heater bursting. They had all the technical instruments to test for water damage and fans and dehumidifier to get the job done right. They are super friendly, responsive and professional.
