First I want to say the quality of the cabinets is impeccable but my experience was horrible! They called to schedule the installation 1-2 weeks before. The day they began installation, I was informed they received the wrong island and it wasn't noticed until the day before they came to install. I was told by the office manager that the hardware took 2-3 days to come in and it turned out to be a month and a half. This all began in December 2022. The pantry doors came with small chips, a drawer was chipped, and a small amount of paint was coming of the side of the cabinet. None of it was replaced until yesterday! 3 month delay! I don't know what is going on but something is not right! Poor communication! I worked from home some days when she said they were coming only for them to not show up. I felt like I was not a priority or she was just forgetful which does not speak well for business. She said I changed the granite which caused a delay and I didn't change the granite at all. I drove to Richmond to pick it out and that was it until they installed it. I guess she is getting me confused with other customers. Again, I work in HR and there is no way I would continue allowing this type of performance. It will cost you.

I am very pleased with this business and their personnel. They seem to go above and beyond to make sure their customer's needs are met. Highly recommend them. Danielle was great at helping with the design of our kitchen and the installers were very professional. Thanks BGTC for a pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with them they was there timely mannered and scheduled me right in I would not recommend no other company but them they done a wonderful job

I have had Danielle and her team help us with at least 5 kitchens. They are faster and more affordable than anyone in town.

I email check and other side print it then deposit it to bank, it works for me in different banks for several years. When I emailed the deposit to this company, she insisted on sending check by mail, then she ask me to pay full amount before the work start although the proposal shows clearly "balance due upon the completion". It is OK for me to send her real check, but not OK their working with customer in this way.
Here is her last email ""The balance will need to be paid to our installers upon arrival and before we begin the installation."
Her proposal shows "50% deposit to start the project and the balance due upon completion"
I am sure customers would be suffered for $ if they hire them to do the counter-top . I believe those previous reviews are fake.

Bluegrass Tops & Casework was easy to work with. I reached out to several countertop makers, and this company was the only one to offer anyone to measure for a quote. They returned a quote promptly and installed my new laminate countertops within 2 weeks. Thanks David and your team for your help.
