Had them out in mid-Sept to repair our Daikin mini split AC for $2000. Since we were headed into fall, I hadn't needed to run AC again until July. It ran for an hour then began loudly buzzing and leaking. Contacted them. Dispatcher was rude, curt, and didn't want to talk through what was happening at all. She said we'd have to pay for a service visit and the prior work is only warrantied for one month. You've got to be kidding me - they do not stand behind their work. They left the unit in worse shape then before their "fix". Avoid using them.
Update: they called me back and were friendlier the second time around but still confirmed that we have to pay to have them come out to look at the issue and their prior work is not warrantied.

TLDR: Great experience from beginning to end!
It started with a free in-home consultation. We needed to replace an aging furnace/heat-pump and upgrade to AC. Our home has a vaulted ceiling and lot of windows facing SE so we get a ton of heat on the warm summer days. We don't have air supply or return up high in that space so we needed a solution. I'm a picky customer who has opinions, asks a ton of questions, and has high expectations. Charles spent a lot of time talking through the options with me and then delivered a good estimate. I obtained two other estimates, including one from a company I've used (and liked) before, but WES had the best solution, price/value, equipment, and I had high hopes for the quality of the work based on my experience with Charles.
The WES office was awesome. They handled the permits, sent me detailed emails about the required duct tests and inspections and handled everything professionally.
The installation was a genuine pleasure! JJ, Riley, Jordan, Karen and the whole team were so good. They talked through the plan for the work at the start, kept me up updated and got the work done. It was nice to see a crew that worked so well together. We had one or two minor hiccups (as happens with all jobs) but they handled them so well, kept their cool, listened to my concerns and did the right thing.
Overall, I had a great experience. Charles set my expectations pretty high and the install crew exceeded them. I highly recommend WES.

WES’ window installers LP and Kyle did a fantastic job installing replacement windows in my garage. Their work was thorough and professional. I could not be more satisfied with the finished product and their customer-focused approach. They arrived on time and completed the project to my ultimate satisfaction. Kudos to both of them and to WES for having them on the Installer Team. Great work, guys.

The following review is entirely factual. I've done my best to withhold any commentary despite having plenty to share. You can draw your own conclusions.
We recently moved into our family home after our father's passing. Upon inspecting the furnace WES installed and serviced for years, we noticed it had been over a year since that last service. I called to schedule the service and the customer service person was friendly and helpful.
The technician arrived and immediately confirmed I'd told the CS rep I had a filter. The tech removed the existing filter and asked if we'd done a home renovation recently. I commented that we'd had the inside of the house painted. He shared the importance of regular filter changes to avoid excess strain on the motor pulling air through the system. He also commented that the furnace was quite large - in fact bigger than our house needed. The furnace was purchased from WES.
After spending some time doing what I assume were tests and diagnostics, the technician reported the furnace was leaking CO2 into our home. He said there were small holes in the heat exchanger, which was causing the elevated CO2 levels, but the holes could not be observed without removing the heat exchanger. The cause and effect seemed plausible.
The options were to replace the heat exchange for $X,XXX with no guarantee how much longer the furnace would last. I was told it was nearing end of life so the remaining furnace components may fail before the new heat exchanger. The other option was a new furnace for 2-4x the cost of heat exchanger replacement. When I asked about adding AC at the time of replacement, the answer was an enthusiastic yes. I was also told the level of CO2 escaping into my house was close to dangerous and was advised the technician would not turn the furnace back on for fear of harm to my family. We have CO2 detectors installed in almost ever room in our house, including the furnace room, and none have ever alarmed.
With this information, we contacted a general contractor friend who recommended another HVAC company. Their tech came by and provided a free inspection as a favor. His findings were that our furnace was emitting CO2 levels completely within a normal, harmless range, and replacement of the heat exchanger or entire furnace was not necessary.
We've since placed a CO2 sensors above several registers throughout the house and none have alarmed.
The technician then serviced the relatively new furnace at our rental home just down the street. The furnace was in good shape but apparently the Honeywell electrostatic filter was quite dirty. He cleaned it but not without commenting on how long it took him.
Total for two houses was $480. We will no longer use WES.

I am happy to give 5 stars to WES and Charles Hassa, their representative. Charles did a terrific job of helping us decide exactly what to install here to provide efficient and clean heating and cooling in our home in Marysville.
The WES crew was fast and did excellent work. The City inspector praised their workmanship when he signed off on the mechanical and electrical inspection.
I would recommend WES to anyone for the many home services they provide.

Consider it before going with WES to install your windows/glasses.
WES installed windows (with glasses) for our whole condo in 2019, including 6 large sliding glass doors. Recently 1 sliding door glass shattered by itself (see photo). It's within 5 years, we figured it's still within warranty, so we contacted WES. Their response is: sorry, glasses are not included in our warranty. Instead of trying to fix their product, they provided us another quote.
If their window warranty doesn't warrant glasses, what does it warrant?
As a customer, I'm not happy to have to pay thousands of dollars to fix their bad product, after spending almost $10,000 at the first place.

I have nothing but great things to say about WES. I had a heat pump with ductless mini splits installed. WES project mgr came on a Weds., took his time to carefully examine how my furnace system was set up (not well) and recommended the ductless mini splits as more effective and efficient. He could have upsold me with a whole new heating/cooling system, but didn't. Explained the costs with related discounts clearly. After agreement, he said I would be contacted in a few days to schedule the install. Two days later, Friday, WES called and said they would be here on Monday! The installation team was also excellent, everything was done in one day. It's been just over a week and everything is working great. Highly recommend WES.

Thank you Jordan for your hard work and clean environment. We had all of our ducts cleaned and our dryer vent. The work was completed to our satisfaction and they were very easy to work with. Great knowledge of services!

WES installed new windows throughout my home. The proceeds initially was smooth. I felt like the sales rep listened and knew exactly what I was looking for.
When it came to installing the windows I was extremely disappointed and the resolution offered costed me more money out of pocket. When asked if a rendering of the custom windows could be provided I was told no- so I relied on conversations and pictures sent to WES to confirm the style and pattern of grids I was looking for.
When the windows were installed they were all wrong. The windows that were meant to have higher low e coating were in the wrong area of the house- resulting in the windows of the front of my house having dark tint when they were to be installed in the back of the house. The pattern of the grids were wrong and every window installed had scuffs, scratches and were missing pieces.
WES solution was for me to pay to fix only some of the problems and left me with scratched windows and a bottle of touch up paint. The sales rep who originally was helpful was extremely rude and dishonest.
