Great value and excellent customer service from Trading Depot's Mohamed H. I ordered an Hansgrohe shower unit back in May which had a fault which was discovered on installation a few weeks after delivery. The issue was quickly resolved with fantastic customer care. I will definitely order from Trading Depot again. Thank you

I have placed an order for a Faithful Prestige Stainless Steel Garden Rake (ash handle) with costs £24.89 (excluding shipping and tax) on 7th May 2024. But what I could collect is only an empty carton box with nothing else.
I am very much disappointed and unhappy. I hope this is not a fraud case but only a mistake. So I have to request for a re-delivery or full refund.

I ordered a Rotary Hoist Air line from Trading Depot and despite the fact that they were badly let down by the courier DX, which resulted in my waiting in for 4 days expecting the delivery on each of those days, I have to give Trading Depot 5 stars because it was not their fault. They were easy to contact to discuss the issue. Their customer services, especially Nathan and Mohamed could not have been more helpful, friendly and diligent in liaising with DX to resolve the issue.
The price from Trading Depot was good and due to all the inconvenience they are even refunding my shipping and an amount off the item.
I always say that the mark of a good company is how they deal with something when there is an issue and Trading Depot have been excellent in resolving the issue.

Absolutely tremendous customer service. The item I purchased was very fairly priced; in fact, after a bit of research, Trading Depot proved to offer my item at the lowest price. Free delivery was included, and the item has already been shipped in less than 24 hours. I will check with this company first now before I go anywhere else. Adam Levy, who was my sales advisor, proved to be an asset to the company with his professionalism and first-class customer service.

I have used TD successfully before when let down by another supplier. This time Annie Walton of TD responded to my order saying that it was on approx 1 month supply, but suggested another alternative. I agreed to wait for my order, but Annie proactively managed to speed up the delivery with the supplier so it came much sooner than predicted. Very helpful and personal service, not just the usual impersonal automated system. Thank you.

Useless company, I ordered a lawnmower that they said would be delivered within three days (this was back mid March) it never arrived I then got a call to say it will arrived the following week, Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I called they said it was out of stock but awaiting a delivery so should get it the following day. The mower never arrived, they were closed Easter weekend. I sent them an email nobody ever got back to me so I called yesterday and now trying to get a refund. On the website today continently it says the item is out of stock! Wish I never ordered from them! Ordered a mower yesterday from a well known retailer and it arrived.
I will never order anything or recommend them to anyone!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY. They charge you 25% of the purchase for restocking fee without clearly stating that to you when you buy the item. It says on the website they are happy to refund you if you change your mind but clearly not. Trying to charge me £50 to return some moulding as well as the returns fee. Management apparently can’t help because it was sent from another company even though we ordered through their website. THEY DO NOT HAPPILY ACCEPT RETURNS . It’s just another way of making money out of misleading people. Reporting to trading standards as on the item we purchased it doesn’t clearly state that we would be charged if we wanted to return. It’s so crafty how you have displayed all this on your website. Vile and untrustworthy company !! Jade the manager trying to say it’s not them it’s the manufacturer . With all due respect it’s YOUR WEBSITE WE PURCHASED FROM SO YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SALE.

Trading Depot's customer service is excellent. My order was set to arrive within 2 days, despite being a bulky order made outside of business hours. I had ordered a shower tray from Trading Depot to replace a unit after being let down by another supplier who had cancelled my order without explanation. The previous supplier then informed me that my delivery would in fact arrive and that I could not cancel the order, so unfortunately I had to cancel my order with Trading Depot. Trading Depot handled this incredibly well; they were able to cancel my order and process my refund almost immediately. Their staff were very courteous and pleasant to deal with, both by phone and via email. They also had the best price I could find anywhere online. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be ordering from them in the future.

If I hadn't phone, they will still have my money!
I ordered fridge in August 2023 in a specific size which fitted with my kitchen installation. A delivery date has been fixed in January and I paid a full amount of £789. The delivery date was January 2024, but fridge didn't arrive. I contacted the company and they told me that the fridge has been discontinued and was not in stock.
They had £789 of my money from August 2023 to January 2024! If I hadn't phone, they will still have my money. Customer service was diabolical!
This was my first order via TD and it would be last. I will never use this company again or recommend them to anybody. Think carefully before you order via TD!
