We interviewed 3 different GC companies for our work and Josh at Perfect stuck out above all the others. We are super satisfied with the work that was done and the customer service through the project.
We wanted to have our whole project done before a graduation party and they met the tight deadline with time to spare.
Roof: dumpster here exactly when scheduled the day of the roofing. The team came and went and did a great job. We actually called Josh on this team though, as we the placement of the drip edge was not correct. Josh called the crew back, they fixed it all that same day. They cleaned up well after themselves. The dumpster was gone the next morning.
Siding: Dumpster dropped off the day the crew came in. This crew was AMAZING! Beautiful work with wonderful care and finishing touches. They cleaned up super good after themselves and it looks sooo good! The dumpster was gone the next morning.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied.
Josh didn’t try to oversell us, had good follow through throughout. He came and did a final inspection and still found things he is going to have fixed.

I recently helped my brother, Al Butts, as he contracted with Perfect Exteriors to get a new roof for his house. From start to finish, working with Perfect Exteriors was a pleasure. The estimating process was easy, the quote was solid, and there was absolutely no pressure. The roof had been in bad shape, and there were several difficult areas to repair. The Perfect Exterior team did the job right, with a good eye for the details. It was finished in a day, and looks beautiful. My brother couldn't be happier!

I recently had Perfect Exteriors install my siding and the team all around they did a fantastic job. Derek made it easy to get a cost estimate with no pressure and answered all of my questions. Once the material arrived, Paul quickly scheduled the installation and had the full crew ready right away. Special shout out for Rene and the crew that did the installation as they were quick but also had special attention to detail after noticing the woodpecker damage and misses by my window installers (another company). Would highly recommend them!

Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota Inc re-roofed our Dutch Colonial house and garage. The foreman and roofers were top-notch. They knew exactly what they were doing. Everything the roofing crew did was in line with what the Sales Rep said when he visited our home. The Rep and Foreman were very knowledgeable and communicated clearly with us in a timely manner. The workmanship was excellent. All workers were hardworking, polite, and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better team.

We had a very positive experience with Perfect Exteriors. Due to Aug, 2023 hail, we had our roof, window & door wraps & downspouts replaced. All projects were done as scheduled. Workers were personable & responsive. The clean up was amazing during and after each project.

After a hail storm last summer, we were sure we needed our roof replaced and unsure about where to go from there. So glad we reached out to Perfect Exteriors! Kyle and Tyler made the entire process incredibly easy from the start and really put us at ease. Not only were they committed to getting the job done right, they also made sure we were fully informed and comfortable w/ next steps the whole way through. From filing the claim to communication w/ the adjuster to choosing a shingle color, they kept us in the loop. It was a relief to know we were working w/ a team that had our best interest in mind - that was one of our biggest worries! From setup, to installation, to clean up, the crew was thorough and efficient. We also had them replace our gutters (our idea, not theirs), and can confirm they're in great working order after some of the heavy rains we've had this spring. We're very happy w/ the final product and would recommend Perfect Exteriors to anyone!

The Perfect Exteriors team did a really nice job all around. On the front end Greg my project consultant helped make sure the insurance claim was approved. The project teams for both roofing and siding did a fantastic job and my house is looking great. Any minor issues were handled right away. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I recently had my siding replaced. My two main contacts were Josh and Paul. Both of them did a great job! There were some issues that popped up during the installation, but they want you to be happy with the final product. They will do whatever it takes to make sure this happens. A great reputable company! I would definitely use them again on future projects

We had a wonderful experience working with Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota for replacing our roof, gutters, and downspouts.
After going through an entire summer where dozens of different roofers randomly knocked on our door and annoyed us almost every week, we decided to search for a reputable roofing company online instead. And we discovered Perfect Exteriors due to their many high ratings and excellent reviews online.
As soon as we met our project consultant Greg, we immediately could tell that he was more honest and trustworthy than any other roofing sales representative that came to us before. Greg thoroughly answered all of our questions pertaining to the project, and he was very responsive even through email — when we were figuring out the right color for our gutters and downspouts. And unlike other sales representatives that may refuse to mention certain details or try to push you to sign a contract, Greg was absolutely transparent throughout the whole process and calmly addressed any concerns of ours with the utmost patience. Greg never gave us the feeling of being pressured into an agreement, which was truly a breath of fresh air in this industry.
The crew that replaced our shingles did a flawless job in such an impressively timely manner — just about five hours. They also kindly removed our old TV antenna that we’d been struggling to dispose of for the past few years. Then, the three-man crew that replaced our gutters and downspouts also did a tremendous job in just the span of one afternoon.
We want to really thank Perfect Exteriors and their team for all of their hard-work, diligence, and honesty throughout this entire project. And we would absolutely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a roof or gutters replacement.
