I reached out to 1-800 Water Damage after leaving the windows open during a recent storm. Bill responded immediately, and was able to come out same day. He was prompt, incredibly knowledgeable, and overall great to work with. If I ever need water damage services, Bill and 1-800 Water Damage will be the first people I call.

Alfred did such an amazing job cleaning up the moldy areas of our house. He explained the process of what he was going to do, sent pictures every step of the way, was diligent, and left it looking better than anyone could have! He was kind and a nice person to have around too. Highly recommend!

Bill and his wife have been a blessing!! Their customer service is top notch or "old school" which you don't find anymore. They truely care about their customers and look out for their best interest and health. I have been dealing with black mold and water damage from faulty work from a contractor which has been a pain in the A$$ to deal with. I would be lost without their expertise and advice. This is the ONLY company I will ever use again for any water or mold issues. Also, their knowlege of these issues and what it takes to SAFELY fix/remove the problem is outstanding.

Bill and his team not only did an outstanding and excellent job but also provided excellent customer service and very responsive. Bill explained very well what they will be doing to remove the mold , and at the same time, he made sure we understand, air cleaning, the process it takes for the removal, disposal, testing for clearance certificate, and the breakdown. He also able to coordinate the lab testing on the same day. I greatly appreciate bill and his team’s responsive and able to accommodate weekend work. I definitely highly recommend Bill @ 1-800 Water damage since it is hard to find a well-run operation and cost effective like Bills franchise.
