Our basement flooded during an electrical storm at night that took our power out and our back-up generator overheated and quit when we needed it most, as we got 4 inches of rain in just over an hour! We had 4 sump pumps without power so the basement flooded within minutes, while we hurried to borrow generators from our neighbor. Our insurance company called Jason, and he called and came immediately to assess the situation and remove as much water as he could from the saturated floor and carpets. He patiently and kindly answered our many questions, assuring us it would be taken care of and be OK, allaying our anxiety. After movers boxed and cleared the area, he and Tom returned to remove the carpet and bottom 2 feet of walls. They set up 28 fans, dehumidifiers and a HEPA filter fan to dry it all out to prevent mold. He moved very fast, but was thorough in his work and kept in touch, so we knew what was going on in every step of the process. We recommend Jason and Tom to anyone facing the shock and devastation of a flood. He provided exceptional customer service with care and compassion...a rarity today! Our basement is now dry and ready to rebuild thanks to his timely and professional intervention.

Our office has a toilet break and run water over night which flooded some spaces and lead to water saturation in our walls. Jason was quick to respond and very friendly and professional. We really appreciated his concern for our issue and the steps taken to dry our office space!

Jason from 1-800 Water Damage of North Dakota was very prompt and professional. When others couldn’t get back to me for days, Jason was at my home within the hour. Very reassuring and thorough. He calmed our fears and answered my questions. We ultimately decided to go a different route, but would definitely reach out again if we had another issue.

Highly recommend 1-800-WATER DAMAGE. I walked into a my parent’s home to find flooding on first floor and basement due to backup of sump pump. Jason quickly assessed what needed to be done, approximate timeline, worked closely with our insurance and helped us to manage costs where possible. Also helped us quickly triage with plumber a second backup during cleanup.
Jason is trustworthy, a great communicator, friendly, kind and great partner. His work is top notch.
