Highly recommend David. Contacted A25 awnings through web search and David immediately responded to my call and helped me to fix the issue just over the phone when others suggested me to change the entire awnings and sent quotes for replacement. Thanks David for your help.

Our awning wouldn’t fully retract and we were worried that the high winds might detach completely from our house. I contacted David in order to get a quote for a repair and he quickly figured out, from my description of the problem, that the issue was a faulty gearbox and gave me directions (out of hours) on how to make the awning safe while I sourced a gear box. This was all while he was off on holiday, sending me detailed WhatsApp messages and pictures on exactly what to do. As it was a simple repair, he empowered me to do it myself and save the money.

All the other companies I had called had quoted anything from £350 - £1000 pound for something that cost me £9 off eBay and 20 minutes of my time. Thank you so much David, you’re a good man. When our awning falls apart I’ll be coming to get another from you.

I found A25 awnings through desktop research and was impressed from the first moment. David responded quickly to my initial enquiry and came round for a survey. He left samples of the awning materials and was on hand to answer questions. The fitting was seamless and he did this with his team. I was very impressed that David was the one surveying and fitting which provided me with confidence in the product and service. I would recommend A24 awnings.

A25 Awnings were recommended to us by a neighbour. David came round, diagnosed the issue without charging a call out and provided a written confirmation of the cost to replace the broken motor. Our awning was stuck out with bad weather forecast and so it was rather urgent, but as they were busy he came early on the Saturday to carry out the work. Everything was communicated to us very clearly. We couldn't recommend David and A25 Awnings any more highly.

I moved into a home with an existing awning, which stopped working suddenly. Despite research online I was unable to find a solution to my issue. I asked a couple of companies for quotes and David at A25 Awnings came back quickly, not only with the most reasonable price quote, but also gave me plenty of advice via email to trouble-shoot the problem, which would have potentially solved the problem without needing a call-out.

When it became clear that he would need to look at the awning in-person, we were able to arrange a visit within 2 working days and he fixed the problem quickly, and professionally. All that was required in the end was a new remote, which was a lot less complicated than I was expecting, and David was open and honest with me about all the steps he was taking in diagnosing the problem. Couldn't recommend enough.
