Overall

Went in looking to buy a new travel trailer, no one was on the floor to help customers. When I finally went to the back there was someone working in what I would guess would be maintenance and repairs. He called a sales associate to come downstairs to help. No one ever came. I left very unhappy. I have heard this place is not the best from others but figured I’d give it a try. There are other options in town and the valley. Please don’t give these people your hard earned money.

did not enjoy ourself, my wife and I were looking at purchasing a newer to us motorhome, we were looking for one with bunks to we could enjoy it as a family, and pull our motorcycles. untill that ladie that runs the place came out, basically told us we were wasting her time, and we sould go somewere else, I do not recompend this company in anchorage to any of my friend or family

We spent our hard earned money on a travel trailer from ABC. This week we received a recall notice. I called ABC and I was told to take it somewhere else for service, as they have closed their service department. Poor poor poor customer services. I will not recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Part of the point of being an authorized dealer is honoring the brand's warranty regardless of where the unit was purchased. Don't expect anything from these guys though. As others have said: Horrible customer service post sale. Terrible management. Don’t shop here.

We bought a used 32ft. Class C bunkhouse. We had a great experience with Terry. When we bought at the height of the pandemic we found a couple of issues and called service and they went above and beyond to help us out before we left the state! I only took one star away because we bought in April and it is now almost September and we still do not have our tags due in part because admin sent them 6 weeks after we made our purchase.
Otherwise we are happy with our RV, the sale was professional and service was excellent.

Went to ABC RV Sales and found the Nexus RV Wraith Super C! What an awesome RV...they treated me like a King and made me feel like family. I may just go back tomorrow and buy the Nexus Wraith I looked at today. I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for an RV then make your first stop ABC RV Center.

The employees are excited to show you the new features on the RVs. This location is brand new, so everyone here is happy and excited. When you visit you'll be amazed and also excited at how many RVs are inside this facility. There are more RVs outside too near their RV Parts store.

Parking is limited, so if you have a large RV then you may want to park on the street behind the ABC RV Center. Restrooms are here too.
