For a place that claims to be open from 8am-5pm. What's the point of having a corporate office when no one will answer the phone, and turn their ringer down. Hard to complete a job when the other company can't communicate

I’ve never seen so many crews loitering without actual work taking place.

Edit March 2021.
The job looks good to me I just wonder why the county came and did it again within a few months of it being done the first time. I wonder who’s uncle owned the second company that redid a good job the first time.
This company is doing the roads in my neighborhood. Nice crew, efficient, good work. Got in did the prep, got it done. No issues.
The guys on this crew, did between ashland ave/stefani rd area, did right.

This company has been paving around our area for some time now, with no real issues other than traffic. This morning, as I'm leaving the large truck stop they meet at, I look over to check traffic and as I do, I see one of their employees relieving himself in front of the drivers side door of one of their trucks. Does this person not realize that not only is he relieving himself in public at a large truck stop at the exit, but that he is at a truck stop and he can walk inside and do that!?!?!

Horrible company. They dealt with paving roads in Montgomery and my car was damaged from excess rocks. I called after submitting a claim and was told that my claim would most likely get denied because the amount of road debris was in an "acceptable range". I realize that they can't be perfect but there were so many rocks it was impossible to avoid getting hit. I am not exaggerating when I say it was like driving in rain except it was rocks. I would slow down and get in another lane but another car would come along and throw more rock at my car. I eventually got off the highway but not before my window was cracked. It was the day of or after they ground the old road down and either they or their sub didn't clean up the roads very well. Submitted a claim and never heard back from them.
