I reported and did a claim 2 potholes last year, and both were denied today. I will report another pothole and do a claim. The third tire ruined because of massive potholes. My neighbor, a young white male, convinced me that doing a claim as he did the city/state would reimburse me as they did for me, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. Of course, I understand you can't control the weather, but you are responsible for safe road conditions for your taxpayers. We pay a lot of tax dollars for safe roads.

They make my job extra hard by making us jump thru hoops taking card by phone. Only company that does this.

Reduce the speed on interstate 30 with no passing for semi trucks it must be making too much money of all the injuries and accidents makes sense they know the lanes are not wide enough to be traveling 60 with trucks passing you and passing each other that is hilarious looks like there's no line in the sand when it comes to safety over capitalism

Typical government bureaucracy all about the lowest possible bidder for the contractors and lowest wages for its employees (it shows)... state 1.6 billion surplus still charging personal property tax but it's hard to see where all that goes infrastructure wise. STATE highways everywhere even leading into our CAPITAL are in utter disarray. Personally I have to drive 67/167 into little rock and they have budgeted nearly 5 years to widen a dozen miles of road which is still littered with huge uneven stretches and potholes. Speaking of, the small overpass in front of little rock air force base is so bad I have 3 different cracks in my windshield. Bridges on 67 167 going all the way from Ward to Searcy are no better it's absolutely crazy how patched they are. Even our south eastern neighbors in Mississippi and Alabama have better state roads than us, when im taking my trips I know when I get back across our state lines because the roads look like they haven't had any care in decades.

Please, fix the interstate system. So much FOD and debris on the roadways. Just a week ago my vehicle sustained damage due to truck tire threads that were unavoidable (night). Windshield is destroyed by rocks. I do appreciate the work with I-40 West but we have thrown a lot of money to the ARDOT with little changes. Fix the interstate before building another bridge.

Hwy 115 N of Pocahontas waited 35 years for repair, one bridge was falling apart. They came and paved about 8 mile which was great then within a couple months they came to tear out the bad bridge. This repair left 2 bad bumps on the bridge so they came out and ground the approach and made a third bump on the new bridge. A 10 year old would know to fix the bridge BEFORE paving!

For what Arkansans PAY in TAXES? With the Budget SURPLUS recorded this year? Why are our roads so absolutely horrible? Between Quitman and Rosebud they are out patching a STATE Highway with a Road Grader and Rollers. The patch has not been done a week and it is WORSE than ever? 1.6 BILLION Dollar surplus and the roads are trash. Just drive across the New I430 River Bridge? This bridge is how our Taxes are spent?
As one Arkansas tax payer I a fed up with paying SKY HIGH Taxes and getting SUPER SHODDY WORK PAID FOR WITH OUR TAXES.
