I do NOT recommend this company. I spent a lot of money on 2 really nice slabs of dolomite stone to cover my whole kitchen including my backsplash. They broke my backsplash, so I got a glue section on my backsplash. I also had a 5x10 island and it came with a huge section all the way across that was glued and patched. They would not replace it, said it would hold up. But that's not the point. I did not pay this amount of money for a cracked glued slab of stone that is very visible on my island. See pics.

Had a great experience. If you need any countertop work, highly recommend. They've installed at 2 new houses for us and not only was the installation fantastic, but they have very fair pricing. Less expensive than the big box stores and just as professional as the specialty granite stores. They've gone above and beyond for us, even after the installation to make sure everything was right. Even followed up after a couple of mistakes that were totally our builder's fault. Bottom line, very professional, great prices and exceptional service.

Amber is a Gem ! She provided the Kitchen counter tops and 2 vanity tops for bathrooms plus sinks and install. No hassle Plus getting all the backsplash for kitchen. I live in Hot Springs and it was well worth the drive to Little Rock. Amber took the stress out of remodeling I will be calling her in the future!
Very Satisfied customer! 2022

Using these people is asking for the worst headache you could ever have. They can make a new house look 20 years older when they are done with installation. So many mistakes, bad cuts, gaps, scratches to your cabinets, flooring and also walls. Cherry is the absolute worst! Extremely incompetent human being. Very rude and careless about customer service. Quick to get the money from you though.

After visiting our home that is being renovated, I discovered that the granite was cut at the sink and seamed for installation. During the measurement, I had specifically asked that it not be cut or at least seamed at the sink. I am surprised that is was cut and that no one contacted me. The people that I dealt with were very professional. Unfortunately, I was not on site during the installation and have to assume that the installer choose to make an executive decision. You can see from the pictures that the front area receives direct sunlight and the seam is noticeable which is why I would have preferred a seam any where but at the front of the sink. I am disappointed. Lesson learned, always be onsite during installation.
I was impressed with the communication, convenience, and speed of installation. I contacted multiple granite providers in the greater Little Rock area. Some requested that you select a granite slab with another provider. When you have a larger counter top and may need a whole slab or multiple slabs then this is a viable option. However, we have a small home that needed a small countertop and would not utilize a whole slab. So initially, I was hoping to find a provider that could provide a remnant. Frankly, A-1 was the only provider that was willing to charge for the granite utilized which means that I didn't have to settle for a remnant. I choose Dallas White which was a recent delivery to A-1.
Previously, Base cabinets had been installed and it had been a month; I had gone to various places in person and selected granite. After becoming frustrated with area providers, I reached out to A-1 granite. I was concerned by some of the reviews and hesitant to contact them but glad that I did. They have been great! I had contacted three other providers, one wanted 50% down and were predicting that they could install in about 3 weeks, but at least they sent a person to measure and provided a quote. The other two still hadn't sent out a person to measure and were playing phone/email tag with me. One of these providers, provided a quote without an actual measurement. This was confusing to me. Of all the quotes provided, A-1 was was lowest by $500 and without a 3 week delay. For the other providers, I suspect that the granite dealer receives a cut as well as the sales person for the design center, bottom line, A-1 eliminates these middle men and this may be the reason that they are able to do this at a lower cost.
Speed: I contacted A-1 Granite on a Friday afternoon, they measured on Monday and the job was complete by Thursday, less than a week. When I met with Amber, she informed me that they had a cancellation so this had a direct impact on the expediency too. Having said that, I was very impressed with the time frame completion and was grateful that they could complete this process so quickly. If you have multiple projects then you know that nothing can get done until the countertops are installed.
Payments: A-! Granite does not take credit cards, you will need to have cash or check. Having said that, they are extremely supportive, they will meet you at your work to pick up the check to start the project and pick up the check upon completion of the project, very convenient for a working person that can't take off during the day. In addition, they are transparent with the cost, no extra or hidden fees. I knew exactly how much and they held to it. They sent me copies of the estimate and final bill for my records via message and email, as well as paper.
Final install: I am so glad that I contacted A-1 Granite. Very pleased. We choose a granite backsplash as compared to a tile backsplash. The images are provided by our contractor so there is some debris on the countertops from ongoing construction, I apologize.

UPDATE: Sherrie did call after posting to make any changes needed. This was much appreciated. Upgrading review.
This was my first experience with granite countertops. Do your research on the product first and know what to expect. Had a few hiccups with this product. Went to Triton to pick out the slab (not very helpful there). Appears to have to been some miscommunication between A1 and Triton as they didn’t have a record of the appt. The slab I looked at was for someone else and I wasn’t crazy about it but it was “okay”. Get to A1 to set up install and they show me the exact slab that was for someone else and was advised that that person changed their mind or something. Word of warning, pick your slab and make sure it’s right!!! Amber was very nice and polite. Now for installation....The sink cut out could have been done better - the counter covers too much of the sink in some places so it’s not flush. The installers did not seal the countertop properly leaving streaking and grit just kept coming up from the granite surface. Absolute panic at this point - didn’t even want food to touch the countertop. Left messages. No return call, crickets. I have resealed the countertop and the grit is gone.

They fabricated my quartzite and quatz countertops. If you care about your countertops don’t let them touch them. They didn’t seal mine, and I have spots on all the quartzite countertops and even stains made by blue painter’s tape. They told me they had sealed them but they still had writing all over them such as our name and do not drill. They also had a spot on the quartz that they patched and didn’t admit to it. They never even tried to get the spots out. They have no service whatsoever. Once they get your money they are done. I’ve tried to call them but they don’t answer the phone and don’t return my calls. Don’t give them your business.

BEFORE YOU GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY READ THIS REVIEW!!!!!! Worst place ever. Worst customer service and rude. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! My husband and I bought a remnant from them for a small project and did not need an installer or delivery from them. Just a simple square cut and polish. We were told it could be ready by a certain date then a few days later when I had the exact measurement they said we had missed that deadline and it would be pushed out a week and a half later. Due to our contractor’s schedule this time frame wouldn’t work. We had paid 560.00 in cash (they do not take credit cards? Now we know why) and signed a “contract” that stated cancellation was 30% of total cost. All of a sudden phone calls were not returned and the manager was never available. The “nice” girl who sold to us became not nice any longer. I had to drive there and explained I had another use for that granite and although I would rather have a refund, we didn’t want to just lose the 30%. She went on and on about the contract and “clerical fees” whatever that means. And said she had to talk to the manager who would call by the end of the day. Never heard from them. A week later my husband drove there AND THEY SAID THEY HAD MAILED US A CHECK MINUS THE 30% So.... They made a decision to STEAL 160.00 without ever returning a call when we said we would gladly keep it for another project. I have posted this on my FB and have had many other people say they have had similar experiences. So BEWARE and GO ELSEWHERE

i moved in to a house that was built in 2017 and first occupants to move in the house was late July of 2017. This family moved out of the house June of 2018. The house was bought in June with two months remaining before the year warranty was up. On November 4th 2018 three months after this so called warranty was up the sink in the Master bathroom dropped completely from the opening of the granite. On Monday morning November 5, I called the builder who in turn asked me to call A1 Granite Man who installed the seven sinks that's in the house. The builder stated he'd call ahead of me, which he did. i waited and waited and no one from A1 called me back, therefore i made a call to them and spoke with Amber who verified the builder had called and they just hadn't had time to call me. Amber stated they'd send someone out to check out the sink. On Tuesday still no one had come out and we still hadn't heard anything from A1 stating when they were going to come out. Again, i called late Tuesday evening November 6th and was told they were busy and to leave a message. Finally, late November 6 Amber calls back to to tell me someone would come out on November 7 but fail to give me a time frame. I again called back to inquire about the time and she first stated she couldn't give me a time but looked on books and said someone would be out on November 7th at 9am. On November 7, at 9am no one was in sight. i called and Amber and didn't receive an answer i texted and she replied and stated someone should've been there meaning her father who didn't arrive until 9:30am. He came and assessed the sink saying they'd take care of it along with a fabrication issue of the hole being cut too large into one of the granite in the bathroom where the faucet was placed. Her dad returned to the office with his assessment and Amber sent a text stating that installation and fabrication was only for 1 year and the warranty had expired. i explained to Amber that a sink just don't drop unless the installation wasn't done properly in the first place. How many of you accepts a company installing something major as a sink for it to drop in one year. There are certain things that can never be warranty and if done properly will and should last a life time. Amber went on to say the owner Sherrie would need to get back with me because she had a procedure on November 7 and would get back in touch with me on November 8. Well, i waited and waited until around 1pm i called and was told Sherrie couldn't or wouldn't come to the phone. i left yet another message. Sherrie called about an hour later with the absolute worse attitude i have ever experience from someone that is in business. She possessed not any customer service tactics. She started the conversation stating that she owed me nothing and didn't have a contract with me. i stated to Sherrie it was just an ethical situation that she would want her company to stand by their work. She yelled and screamed on the phone until i just told her i was a lawyer and i would see her in court. This made her explode even more as she stated i was threatening her and she had me on recording as threatening her and she was going to write to the bar association. She screamed into the phone to NEVER call her business ever again. This is the service i received from this business. So, if it's okay with you to be treated as such you go on and do business with A1 Granite Man but for those of you that wants to do business with a company who stands by their work, regardless of a warranty than A1 Granite Man is not that company.

Don't use these people. Customer service is poor. They never make you aware if your cabinets are unlevel to the point where the countertop can't be installed. That is your job to know. They showed up a second time after I leveled the cabinets and had put my kitchen sink in the bed of their work truck for transport even though when they took it for correct cuts on the stone, it was in its box. I complained about the way my expensive sink was tossed around and the owner,Tommy said " that's how we do things". We got into a verbal exchange in my yard and he clearly doesn't care about repeat business. He said " I can do what I want. I own this business, how many businesses do you own "? He did say sorry for the situation, but never once said thanks for the business. Never even a thank you from the salesman, my original contact person. The young installers were polite and did a good job, and did say thanks, but I have would never use this company again. They clearly don't know how to run a business and customers mean nothing. Stay away.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! The employees were so rude and act like they are the only place in town to buy granite. Completely pathetic to even call this place a business. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to shop. There are other companies with excellent prices to do business with. After a horrible experience with them, I went down the road and actually found better prices with higher quality granite. Tip for the day: DON'T USE THEM! I've even heard from local homebuilders and developers that A1 has this reputation.
