AVOID. The photos can do the talking, but I'll add this: they collect all money up front and then deliver this. Photos are from after they left and after I moved the cardboard outside. Look at the split fiber board in the brand new cabinet piece. Look at how my knees don't even fit under the desk. Look at how they botched the outlets on the back plate so they installed another back plate without fastening it down, then left. If you're still not convinced, imagine calling them, furious, and getting yelled at for being furious. Because it's not their fault of course. PLEASE let this review count for something. Stay away.
I am a repeat customer by the way. The job they did five years ago went great and we were thrilled, that's why we came back to them.
Edit: they did offer to fix the drawer height problem so my legs can fit under the counter. At our cost. Nope. I will think about them every day.
Update 2023: It's been twelve months since this job was completed and I just wanted to pop in and say that I have indeed thought about Arizona Cabinet Source every day. And I'm leaving this review up. Thanks to everybody that found this to be helpful in your buying decision.

Very unprofessional. This company has not shown up on 4 separate occasions, and 3 three of those times they did not bother to call, email, send a messenger bird, nothing! The builder of my home used this company unfortunately. My advice if you’re looking for a cabinet company, save yourself the stress and ALOT of wasted time and choose a company that values their customers and believe in good customer service.

We had a wonderful experience up until today. I originally made a drawing of what I was looking for in my laundry room. I explained to Bob that I wanted a hanging bar for my clothes/jackets. I received the picture and the quote. I was getting ready to pay it today but notice the bar was not on the drawing. I asked Bob, the owner, and he became so irritated and became very rude. He told me he didn't like my attitude. I explained to him that I just asked a question. He said he explained the other company will need to put the bar up (which he did not). I told him that would have been nice to know and something he should have told me. I even had a drawing which he took a picture of so he could add it. Because I questioned him, he stated to me he is just canceling the order. I said that is fine because the way he is talking to me it would be best. I can only imagine what would have happened if we had given our money. Probably nothing! It is disappointing how he talks to his customers when you ask a simple question. BEWARE!

Hello,
My name is Yev. My wife and I contracted with Arizona Cabinet Source based on recommendation. Kandy has been our project manager, but few items require your involvement, as I assume your decision on how to resolve this matter came only from Kandy and I believe I can add my side of the argument which will result in a win-win compromise. Solution that has been pushed by Kandy is a zero sum proposition which I do not agree with.
We started our project on the new kitchen with Home Depot but decided to look for a local company instead. At the end of June 2021 Home Depot designer has provided us with the floor plan with dimension drawing that contained our basic idea but already had incorrect cabinet height which will be positioned above our refrigerators.
Kandy went over our drawing, new measurements of the kitchen walls were made and it was communicated by us to Kandy that “our old refrigerators” will be used. Another constraint we had is two architectural cutouts that would dictate the height of cabinets above the refrigerators. We also provided a printout from Sears of our refrigerators when we met with Kandy in person to finalize handles and decorative accents for the kitchen. She asked to copy the print out for her file on our kitchen
We also went over the center island design and tweaked a few design accents. We stressed that the kitchen island should have 14 inches depth between the edge of the countertop and depth to the cabinet so that we can hide stools when not in use or when people are sitting they are comfortable and the knees or feet are not touching the cabinet under the countertop.
Here are our issues that need to be resolved:
Issue 1: The island cabinets are correct dimensions in the architectural drawing but an incorrect cabinet was ordered and installed. At the moment the distance between the edge of countertop and cabinet is about 25 inches (so the cabinet is narrower but needs to be wider)
Solution proposed by Kandy: The Company wants us to pay for new cabinets and they will install new cabinets free of charge.
We disagree with this proposal because we are paying for the designer's order error.
What we want: The new cabinet purchase and labor to perform change should be the burden of Arizona Cabinet Source, since the design does not reflect the ordered cabinet.
Issue 2: The refrigerators do not fit under the new cabinets. The cabinets need to be lifted to accommodate the height of refrigerators.
Solution proposed by Kandy: The cabinets will be lifted at cost to us to cover the labor. The materials will be covered by the company. She claims that we signed off on architectural drawings and liability for correct dimensions is on us.
We disagree with this conclusion. We hired a professional and paid for her services to do the job right the first time. She failed to catch the mistake. Kandy had an architectural drawing with the wrong cabinet height number. Instead of doing her own drawing she blindly copied the wrong design of the Home Depot designer and in addition failed to double check her work by physically re-measuring the refrigerators.
What we want: The new material and labor to lift the cabinets up should be the burden of Arizona Cabinet Source. The company designer gets paid for her expertise to see 2 D drawings in 3 D and the mistakes should have been caught and at minimum advised to make cabinets above refrigerators narrower so that they can be above refrigerator’s height and yet below architectural cutouts that are in the wall.
Postscriptum:
In offering to resolve the errors Kandy never disclosed:
a) What is their labor expense in installing a new cabinet under the center island, she only stated that the new cabinet will cost X dollars and we have to pay for it. It would be helpful to know the labor cost so at least we are aware that burden is split evenly
b) In offering to lift the cabinets Kandy wants us to pay for labor but never disclosed how much it would cost them to use new materials. It would help to know to if the offer is just.

Michael has helped us design 2 new kitchens over the past 3 years and a rebar area and we are always so pleased with the customer service through the installation. He goes over some great options and has terrific suggestions to bring everything together. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Bob does a great job helping my customers with their cabinet selections. Importantly, they communicate well, are transparent with the design, and are flexible with scheduling. They also have pretty good lead times on fabrication and installation compared to other cabinet companies I have worked with.

I understand how things can be delaye, broken, not all pieces shipped, etc. So I know to just work thru the issues. And a company is only as hood as it's customer service. I have not ever written a bad review, until now. There was very bad communicstion, or no communication until I called them. I asked to have a manager call me and never heard back. With all the issues I had ,I want others to know, be aware. They had many opportunities to make this a good review..
I was very dissapointed with this company.

Avoid! Had several issues with this company. Understand that it is basically a hack job to get these modular cabinets close to looking right. Was nickel & dimed with cheap pieces & hinges. The install was outsourced & delayed multiple times. Poor job overall. When these concerns were brought up, our PM, Sandy Olson, was a disaster. Combative and unhelpful. Owner never bothered to call us back.
