The company that re-did my roof referred me to About Awnings because they "use them for everything extending from the roof." Now that the job is done I can see why. From the moment I reached out they were incredibly responsive, friendly and quick to come out and give me an estimate. They modified an existing awning for me and installed new, custom window screens for me at a fair price. Their communication was clear, the service was fast and everyone I interacted with was super friendly. Best of all, my window screens look great! I'll definitely be using About Awnings for any other projects that come up.

Spent over $1100 on 5 new fabrics on my carport. Was recommended to use them from another one in park. After about 3 weeks/month after installation I called owner and said there are creases very visible still. He came out and told me they will disappear as the sun and heat start hitting them. He was in the park after this and I asked him how much would it be to extend the driveway/awning 6” (cleared by communities mgmt) and he said $1700 and he’d fix the awning creases (which makes him guilty of knowing his team did not do the job right). I called him back about 3 weeks after this expansion quote stating there are STILL crease lines all over the 5 fabrics and that I wanted him to take care of this. He said “no problem I’ll be over in next few days”. He never showed OR called. And I’ve been home recovering from a major surgery so I can confirm he never stopped by (OR called cause it would have shown on my phone and a vcml SHOULD HAVE been left IF he called - but again his number would have shown up!). USE THIS GUY WITH EXTREME CAUTION! Just cause reviews show favorable does NOT MEAN he takes care of every one the same!!!!
