The crew that came in Austin and Bill, arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do, and protected the path they would be walking to the bathroom. They were very courteous, and installed our new shower on the time line they had given us. They cleaned up their work area, and then explained the timeline for use of the shower, and the setting of sealing areas. Austin and Bill, thank you for doing a good job. We are very impressed and pleased with our new walk-in shower. And thank you 1 Day Bath Arizona!

Hi All.... the short version is 1 Day Bath Arizona was great to work with, knew their business/product and their guys treated my house with respect. I received 2 other quotes from Jacuzzi and Westshore. I would encourage you for your peace of mind to maybe get quotes from them but they are annoying and will quote a ridiculous amount. They called me MULTIPLE times before the quote appointment to ask me..."are all the decision makers going to be present". I told them I was making the decision and they still pressed, if my wife etc would be there. Long story short is they do that because when they quote an exorbitantly high amount they will "discount" it slightly and then do the "this price is only good today and if I have to come back to get the contract signed it will be higher". The difference with 1 Day Bath AZ and Michael the owner is night and day. He came out and told me about the product, showed samples/pictures and explained the process then provided me straightforward and reasonable pricing without the used cars sales tactics. Really good guy to work with. Their stuff is American made with a lifetime warranty and that was important to me. On the day of the first bath (we did 2 - Shower Tub and another walk in shower), Austin and Brandon came out and covered my walkway/stairs and got started right away. They showed up within the window they said (8-9 am) and got right into it. They have obviously done this many times before, were nice guys and treated my home like I would have. It's been about 2 weeks and we love the quality of the materials and workmanship so far. In a previous house we did the custom tile walk in shower and show/tub and ended up not caring for the mess, weight of the concrete shower pan, tile/grout maintenance, and weeks of demo etc etc. Get the soaker tub, rainhead and separate hand sprayer...I didn't think it would be a big deal, but it is awesome. I always try using local businesses and this was a great choice for me. 2 bathrooms in just 2 days….what a concept :-) Hope this helps you and thank you Michael, Austin, Brandon... God Bless - D

Our shower remodel was completed last week with excellent results! Brandon and Austin did a great job, they are both very polite and very hard workers! We are very pleased with the result and will definitely recommend 1 Day Bath to anyone who needs a shower remodeled! We had a quote from another company initially and 1 Day Bath was not only about 1/2 of the previously quoted price but was much easier to work with and not pushy at all.

Where to start? This business exceeded expectations from start to finish. Excellent communication from time ordered and installation day. Mike came out for the estimate and was very helpful in helping me choose the correct material for me. He did not try to “sell” me. Very professional. I was notified the day of install with a phone call for arrival. Brandon and Austin were the installers. They did a great job. Cleaned up when done. Very respectful of property. They were friendly, answered questions and gave instructions for care. I can’t recommend this company enough. Bravo 1 Day Bath Arizona and a BIG thank you to Austin and Brandon for a job well done.

The moment we met Mike, we knew this company was much different than the other 1-day bath companies.
We had Jacuzzi (HORRID) and Kohler give us bids, and none compared to the knowledge, finishes, colors and fixtures then 1 Day Bath Arizona, and about 10K less.
His honesty was refreshing as well as his no pressure attitude. He happily came back with more samples, and it was an easy choice.
The install itself was top notch, as the 2 men, Austin and Darius, knew what they were doing, and took pride in their work. They meticulously cut out our old tub/shower with no harm to the rest of our bathroom. They made to communicate during the entire process, on heights etc, and were done and cleaned up by 5pm!
Just look at the before and after photos! It's a hold new look and we had to make some design changes after, to complement the new streamlined look.
A recessed light in the ceiling was a must, that we had a friend do, but if Mike offers it, do it, as it makes a huge difference!
Looking forward to doing our master tub/shower upgrade!

Awesome service from these guys. I met Mike and we went over my shower remodel options. The remodel that was done, funnily enough, 6 years ago on Jan 18th, before was done incorrectly and then Austin and Darius came and fixed everything that was wrong and put in a beautiful shower! They made sure to ask me where I wanted everything placed and were kind enough to take some stuff down that I had on the wall on the other side of the bathroom so it didn’t get ruined. They worked for us literally all day. It took a little more than a day but that’s only because my old shower was in such rough shape and I was not expecting them to be able to fix it that quickly. Everyone who came to our house was super kind and professional. I’d definitely use them again and will be having them replace my sink in the near future. Thanks everyone!

If you’re looking for a fast , easy and awesome experience 1 Day Bath Arizona is the place to go! We needed to replace our master bedroom shower so we called 1 Day Bath! So here's my honest review...got a new shower, took out the old bath tub and it looks great! Here's my problem...in putting in the new shower stall, the contractors busted through my wall into the bedroom. No big deal, things happen I wasn't mad. Took me calling them 2 weeks later to come out and fix it. They came and fixed the wall, great. The drywaller said the owner would call me to come paint it. (My bedroom wall is a tan color and fixing the drywall left a large white area). 2 more weeks go by. I called today to ask when they were coming to paint it. Owner seemed irritated and said" do you have paint?" NO I don't have any paint! HEe said we repaired it and I felt very put off by him, he didnt want to deal with it anymore. So I was so mad I said fine, I'll take care of it. Here's my issue...I wouldn't have to BUY paint and paint it myself if they didn't bust through my wall! They don't want to FINISH THE JOB...and now I have to buy the paint and finish it. Horrible customer service!

I would 100% recommend using One Day Bath, if you are on the fence I'm telling you now just do it. They were great to work with, my grandparents needed a Tub removed and a shower put in for safety reasons and they were awesome. The owner himself came out to do the estimate and he was one of the best I've seen in the business. My Grandparents tend to go off on tangents and he was very patient and good at clarifying and reclarifying when they got confused. The installers Austin and Darrius were just as good to they were very polite and curtious and did great work, would gladly have them on any jobsite. Everything was done correct and in a timely fashion. Seriously USE THIS COMPANY!!

Don't usually do reviews but the installers Austin and Darius were so professional and polite that I just had to. They replaced the bathtub with a walk in shower. From covering the flooring from the entrance to the 2nd story master bath to asking all the right questions to insure I was happy with the result, they covered all the bases. I highly recommend 1 Day Bath Arizona, and if you can ask for Austin and Darius you'll be happy with their attitude and craftmanship.

I am very pleased I chose 1 day bath arizona. Mike came out and provided all the information and pricing I was looking for. He allowed us to choose our designs, gave me accurate timelines and pricing, and set up all my schedules for 2 bathrooms. Austin and his crew came out for both jobs. They provided info prior to each start date, called when on their way, were on time, courteous to our property, kind, and an artist of their trade. While Mike described his crew accurately, we were still amazed at the finished product and professionalism of everyone involved.
