Zuta Appliance Repair saved my day! My Miele dishwasher broke down after hosting a big family bbq. It stopped draining and I couldn't get it to work again. When I called Zuta Appliance Repair, they sent a technician out the same day. The technician's knowledge of Miele appliances was evident from the moment he started diagnosing the issue. He thoroughly examined my dishwasher, quickly identified the problem, and explained it to me in simple terms. What impressed me the most was his transparency and honesty – he clearly outlined the necessary repairs and their associated costs before proceeding. The repair process also went smoothly. The technician came on time fully equipped with the right tools and parts and fixed the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Zuta Appliance Repair to anyone facing issues with their household appliances. My experience with them was outstanding, and I won't hesitate to call upon their services again in the future.

Rats got into the bottom our practically new dishwasher while it was stored away during a remodel. When it didn’t work upon reinstallation, we called a different appliance repair company first, who told us the entire dishwasher had to be tossed because the damage was so extensive it couldn’t be fixed. We decided then to give Zuta a call and they had the dishwasher humming along and fixed within an hour. AMAZING!!! Alex and Nate were also so nice and I’ll never call another appliance repair company!

Zuta is the best. Rezai and Alex were very professional and did great work. They had to come out to my house multiple times to fix our gas range and went above and beyond to do the job right. We will definitely call them again if anything needs to be repaired. Highly recommend! Thanks again.

Worst possible service. Waited 4 days. Tech was late 1 and a half hours beyond window time. Couldn't fix it. Said he didn't have the parts. Gave the impression he didn't want to do the job. Don't waste your $75 diagnostic fee here.

I called to ensure they repair my type if oven/micro combo. I was doubly assured they do. Repairman Alex arrived, pushed buttons and stared. He rebuffed my questions, and told me to wait. He unscrewed the unit, stared at the schematic, Googled on his phone (U-Tube?). Said he had to go outside, where he made a phone call. He came back into my home so quietly--no knock or intro--while I was upstairs working. I only knew he was inside when I heard the drill reinserting screws. He still did not have a clue what was wrong but charged me $75 for a diagnostic he was obviously incapable of providing and the advice to spend another $900-$1500 to replace pieces to "see if that worked." No guarantee. To top it off, later I found he'd put it back together with 2 screws to spare! They were left sitting on the counter.

we like Alex ad JR, they services were great they gave us what we needed, which was a new part, they got they part and return in the same day and fix our washer, which we had for since the late nineties.
theirs was a little rust on the bottom of the machine, they clean it up. and now thanks to their work we have a brand new machine.
they did the clean up.

Thank you so much for fixing my washing machine pump. Darmarea and his training technician came out and fixed my washing machine in 2 hrs. Really good company, called them in the morning, they came out on an opening on the book in the afternoon, pulled the part, went and sourced a new one. Put it all back together and then tested the unit.

I can't thank you enough - I'm so busy working all over the sate of CA I can't afford to have something break that is as critical as a washing machine. Highly recommend this business and their men to anyone.

The quote I received for a simple element replacement in my wall oven was $678.51 (replacement element:$189.97; labor: $455.00; shipping and handling: $15.00; tax: $18.54).
After I called to say that it was too expensive and I would find someone else the technician called me back and said that as it would be necessary to remove the oven from the wall (to replace an element!?!) it was a two man job, but he would give me a $100 discount. At this point I realized that he was either incompetent or dishonest so I declined his offer and called another company. They replaced the element the following day for a fraction of the cost and did not have to remove the oven from the wall. Zeta still charged me $75 for the visit.

Really impressed with Zuta. I have a fancy and annoying Italian made Bertazoni range that a few other companies refused to work on. Otavio is probably the best repair tech that I’ve hired in the last decade. Super bright, a good sense of humor and didn’t leave until the issue was fully solved to my liking. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.
