As first time home buyer, I did my research for structural home inspection. After going through half dozen of home inspectors website for my area I decide d to set an appointment with A To Z Engineerig. I checked their client's review, and everyone seems happy with their job results. Their engineer responded quick and was on time for the appointment. If he find something wrong he will tell you the likely reason why and how you can fix the issue. they are a very professional and knowledgeable group. Because of the acurate report, we were able to get a very good discount on the property.

We had plans to remodel our house in Irvine. After a quick search we found A to Z engineering. The architect spent time with us to finally come up with an amazing design and their engineer did structural calculations. We are very happy with their patience, knowledge, reasonable price and their ability to get permit easily. I refer them to everyone I know.

We hired A To Z Engineering to do an addition in our two story house in Lake Forest. We saved a lot of money and got an easy city approval by their amazing architectural design and structural calculations. My family loves the new design so do my neighbors. It inspired my neighbors to hire them for their home remodeling.
