Overall

My rain gutters look beautiful. I told Margo the name of the paint color of our house and she found the color the matched it in tone beautifully.

The gutters are sturdy and streamlined and the customized fit of the down spouts all add up to an enhanced curb appeal, and I can rest easy this coming winter knowing we will move the water from the six gabled roof line edges away from the house.

The crew were polite and friendly, professional and quick. I am very happy with our new rain gutters and glad we called Brad.

Everyone was very good, but our service technician, Roy was excellent in every detail! Professional, neat, expedient and extremely hard working and complete! He made sure nothing was missed in any way. Very comforting to know that old fashioned, professional, kind and informative service is still available. Highly recommend 805 Gutters AND Roy !

Their responsiveness using online tools (Google, Yelp) is excellent. I used the request a quote feature in yelp, the owner Brad got back to me quickly, came to my house for a refined quote. The team showed up when scheduled, did excellent work (even though it was a little windy but we played it by ear), no issues, nothing had to be moved in my yard. I have no complaints, they were responsive, did quality work, no cost surprises, everyone was very professional. I would reccomend anyone in need of gutter work hire them.

Overall

Very unprofessional. Inaccurate quotes and unapproved changes during the job. Asked multiple times for an updated quote and never received it only to be surprised by a more than $1000 increase from the previous quote. Poor quality and did not follow thru and fix issues that remained after the job. The photo attached is the type of quality to expect. A terrible transition miter. Recent rain shows leaking down spouts as well. I'll have to get another contractor in to take care of all these issues. $5500 for a 2-story house, very disappointed.
