Overall

The 1-800-Got-junk that I hired was in Denver, CO.
I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before hiring them. Everything about them was bad. I told the schedulers everything they needed to know about what I needed done beforehand several times. They still showed up unprepared to haul off a full refrigerator. They wanted to hand carry it down some stairs. They didn't have a dolly, straps to keep the door closed or tools. It took them two hours to remove it. When I brought it into my home it only took 10 minutes to bring it in and put it in the same place using a appliance dolly.
Later that day I called their complaints department in B.C. Canada. The lady was nice but could only offer suggestions as to what went wrong. I told her that they were unprepared, that's what went wrong.
The same things happened in other negative reviews about this company.
Next time I will support a local haul off company for the same price with more common sense without the barrage of TV commercials.

Dimitri and Julian were great! The entire haul-away took less than 20 minutes for a couch, bed frame, and grill. They offered a great price and even called their boss to ask a lower price for me. Very professional, do recommend!

Dimitri and Cameron were awesome! Super friendly and efficient. They assessed what I had, gave me a very fair quote and promptly loaded up my junk. Really grateful for their hard work (the piano was so heavy, yet they got it loaded just like that!). Thanks so much!

First time user and I am truly amazed with their friendly workers Daniel and Isaac.... These two came out with big beautiful smiles and ready to tackle any job I needed done.

I must also state that the service is lightening fast. I made appointment online and they was here in the nick of time. Yes! I can go on and on about their services but instead I recommend you contacting them and trying them for yourself because no job is to big or small for them.....
