Very good service. They had to take it off for new shingles on the roof. Tony had to come out 3 times due to weather to put it back on & replace fabric. The 3rd time he was training Ryan (for the fabric replacement.)They should have wiped down the framework as it had been under the deck during roof replacement and the fabric is mostly white.

Whitney at the office was SO easy to work with. Actually Tina & Mak covered well if she wasn't there.

I recently purchased a home and found that there were windows with broken seals that needed replacement. I contacted A&L Home Improvement and I am glad I did! Not only did the owner send out a pair of very experienced installers but they ordered the replacement glass and installed everything in a very short time. It is so nice to deal with friendly, honest and professional people these days. A and L Home Improvement are those people. We had a family member retract our awning with snow on it, we know to never do that, and it split the seams. A and L were able to match the fabric pattern and we had it installed by Sean and Paul in two weeks. Sean and Paul are as great as A and L with their knowledge and kindness.
