Nate and his team at 1st Colorado Roofing did an excellent job replacing a damaged roof along with some other leaking issues that were caused by faulty flashing on a swamp cooler. Nate is very professional and punctual and I will recommend him and his team to anyone that is looking for a roofer.

Mixed feelings surrounding this company. I would give the quality of their work 5 stars but the other aspects of the company (communication, pricing, transparency) 1 star.
We needed to have our roof repaired from hail damage. 1st Colorado was recommended by our insurance company. They arrived as scheduled and gave us a quote in a timely manner. This included roof replacement, new gutters, 1 window replacement and home painting. As mentioned the quality of the work that has been done is fair.
While the company does claim to be a "1 stop shop" they subbed out the pain and windows to different companies, all of whom appear to not talk to each other. 1st Colorado wasn't even aware of how much I was paying for paint.
I am still waiting on getting the window replaced. This have been a very painful and slow process with almost zero communication from the window company. They came out and measured 7/21/23 and as I write this in April 2024 it is still not done. I am not convinced that it will ever get done because they wont call you back ever. This makes me nervous because I am paid in full and when I paid the majority of the insurance money to 1st Colorado communication greatly fell off.
Now on to the cost. I do not feel that this company was upfront with out of pocket expenses. When all was said and done I paid almost $8,000 out of pocket for "Add ons". Down spouts, gutters, paint, etc. $2,500 of that was my deductible but still seems quite steep. I take responsibility for not asking more questions but I feel that they skirted around this issue.
Will give an update if the window get replaced. Overall I would recommend the company, just ask them to be honest with their pricing and timelines.

1st colorado roofing just installed our roof and did a great job. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Nate christansen kept us informed and up to date thru the entire claims process. Highly recommend.

Nate, Dallas and all of 1st Colorado Roofing are top notch. They are prompt, professional and do incredible work. This company is the best experience I have had with any sort of contractors and highly recommend them to anyone who needs an honest, reputable, local roofing company.

1st Colorado Roofing is Top Notch. We had our roof replaced under warranty due to defective shingles that were installed on our new build. Evan and the front office staff were prompt with answering my questions and keeping me updated while waiting for back ordered shingles to arrive.
On the day of our installation, the team was courteous, efficient, and respectful of our property.
I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone in need of roof inspection, repair, or replacement.

I am so impressed with 1st Colorado Roofing and especially Evan Riddell. We were in a situation where we had to get a new roof on in what was probably an unrealistic timeframe. Evan took the time to understand what we needed and why, he worked his schedule around to meet with our insurance company, he was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process and what to expect. It was very easy to communicate with him and his follow up was excellent. Actually everyone I talked with at 1st Colorado Roofing was great.

1st Colorado roofing helped us by replacing our roof after a hail storm. Nathan was my point of contact the whole time. Nathan was able to answer all my needs and was able to get the roof put on in 1 day with his crew. They did a great job with a magnet making sure there wasn’t any nails left behind on the ground. I would highly recommend 1st Colorado roofing as they are a 1 stop shop for your roofing needs.
