Tom did an excellent job. Prompt, courteous and professional. I needed a new ice maker. He ordered it - it was delivered and he returned to install it. The office staff was great to deal with too. Highly recommend

It was my first experience with Action Appliance. They assisted with fixing my washing machine. It was a great experience. The service man provided all the information, was professional and experienced. Would definitely use them again.

Technician was fine. Price for the part was over 100% of the cost. Kenmore replacement part was $95 . Your company charged me $225. Plus $19.99 to ship it to myself. It still took 4 days to repair, since the technician had to reschedule to come back to complete the repair.I understand you have to make a profit . Probably not use or recommend again. Like I said before, the technician was fine. No complaints on the service.just very pricey on parts .

Great service. Easy to contact, next-day appointment, serviceman Tony was prompt and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and ordered parts which were delivered and installed two days later. Highly recommend this repair service.

When I made my appointment I had already diagnosed the problem with my washer. I was pressed for time so I called AAction in hopes that they could fix it the same day. The receptionist told me that they carry 80% of the parts that most commonly need repair. Mine was a common repair part, so I tried to tell the receptionist what the part was that needed repair so that if they needed to perhaps restock the repair van of that part they could effect the repair on the same day. The tech, who was very efficient, professional and polite also diagnosed the problem with what I had diagnosed as problem. He said he didn't have the part in the van and would have to order it. It would take 2-3 days to arrive. In 2-3 days I will have the time to do it myself. I would have paid for the repair if he had the part, because of time. I suggest having the parts in stock at your office locally and not having to order them would be a great idea. I would have paid for you to do it same day. I ordered the parts myself, 2-3 day delivery time, same as your delivery time, so I will have the time then, so I'm doing the repair myself. I would have liked to have done business with your company, but time was a factor. Stock parts local or nearby so the tech can retrieve them if necessary and repair the machine the same day (you would have closed the sale).

I received excellent service for the repair of my microwave! My phone call was answered by a live representative, who scheduled a quick response. I was given a clear explanation of the cost. Because I chose to replace the appliance and not repair it, the technician willingly shared his extensive knowledge based on experience about which appliances are most reliable. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

This was my first appointment with A Action Appliance Repair. It was to reattach the dryer hose which had become disconnected from the wall connection. John was very efficient in getting this done in a very short amount of time. I don’t know how he was able to accomplish it because of the very limited space within which he had to work! He was very personable and patient. I will definitely call AAA Repair for my next appliance repair.

Communication with the office to set up my appointment and answer all my questions was very easy.. .professional and friendly. I spoke with Ann and the office manager, Karin. Both were awesome. The technician who came to my house (John) to look at my refrigerator was also friendly and professional. This is not a company who seems to be money hungry but cares more about their customers. I will definitely be calling on A Action Appliance Repair in the future should I have any more issues with my appliances.

My decades-old dishwasher broke, and it wasn't going to be cost effective to repair. Time for a new one. Dianne A. in sales was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We discussed my requirements/options and she recommended a suitable, energy efficient replacement within my budget-even emailing photos and product details. I appreciate that there was"no pressure" and I was able to make the purchase, delivery, installation and removal arrangements all from the comfort of my home. She was so helpful, that I decided to also replace my old garbage disposal (before that broke). Dianne's phone and email communication was excellent. Assuming delivery & installation go as planned, the experience was painless. P.S. I used AAction Appliance Repair in the past for repair service and highly recommend them.
