Recently had Nick from 1st State come out and give us an estimate to insulate a bonus room above the garage. Nick was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Yesterday, the crew was here to complete the job. We are very happy with the job they did ! I would highly recommend 1st State Insulation!!

These guys just did the stone work and insulation on our new house! We couldn't have been happier with the work they did. The initial estimate was knowledgeable and insightful. We made a ton of changes based off of the first meeting, and we are so happy we listened. Reasonable pricing. We had rain, all our other subs bailed, these guys installed a canopy and kept.on going. I used 1st State Insulation to insulate the underbelly of my trailer with the spray foam and I thought they did a good job, till I turned on the kitchen faucet and realized my drain was plugged with their foam insulation. Spent money on plumber with camera to be sure before I made my call to them. Talked to secretary and told her my issue and she stated that I needed to speak to a victor, whom I emailed, texted, and called leaving a message but no reply. Since I didn’t have the money to hire the plumber to make the repair I decided to get into it myself. Once under trailer after removing insulation I cut out clogged pipe and found a hole in my drain pipe the size of a quarter where the insulation was pumped in. Now I know this was a deliberate act, no accident. At this time all I can hope for is no one else suffers the way I have. It has been a very stressful experience and I’m still not done. I hope this is the only place the sabotage was done. Lowest score is 1star but score should be a negative 5 star.
