We are very happy with our pool and patio area. It was a pleasure working with Jim. He was with us through the design project and made acceptable suggestions according to our wants and needs. He even met us to pick out our pool tile and pavers.
Jim was very professional. We feel that we got a quality pool and look forward to many years of enjoyment.

Where do I even begin? I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day 1 it was all about what we wanted. Not being told what we needed but more of what was our vision? Jeromy made sure from the beginning that he communicated absolutely everything & always asked if we had any questions. Every step was explained & follow ups never failed. We never had any issues getting in contact with Jeromy. We really can’t say enough of the great experience we had & we are so happy with our Pool! Thank you to Jeromy & team at Gulfstream for such an amazing experience! I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years & can say this customer experience deserves 10+stars & then some!!!!!

Well, last year while i was diagnosed with Cancer (Non-Hodgkin’s Lynphoma) i contracted Gulfstream Pools and while in my treatment, i had the privilege to see step by step the work of art of building my pool. There are so many pieces and is like a puzzle, but at the end all work well. My desire was asking God to heal me so that i can enjoy it. In May when i was told that i was on remission, my wife and myself have been enjoying greatly. Thanks Jeromy and Jim.

Could not be happier with our pool experience with Gulf Stream. Jim and Jeromy are with you the entire way and always answer any questions very quickly. Jim came to us with a suggested design and it was exactly what we wanted. He took the time and envisioned how he might want a pool in our backyard and it was amazing. I have attached the original rendering with the final photos and they are almost exact! We were only one week late from when Jim said we would be in our pool on the day we signed and that was only due to weather. Given the state of all the materials these days, we expected there would be delays, but only one week and because of weather! If you are looking for a company to do a custom pool, definitely consider Gulf Stream. They may put you on a waiting list (we waited for our initial estimate) but these guys are worth the wait.

Broke ground in late October a month ahead of schedule! Finished early February. 3 months and a great build. Jeromy and Jim were both great to work with capturing everything we wanted and asked for within the budget we gave them. They both are always quick to respond to texts or calls and were great to deal with. Would highly recommend them for a custom pool and patio! While their office is Osteen, FL, our home is in Mims FL and they were here on site when they said they would be! If you need help with design or are ready to make your design reality, you should definitely give Gulfstream Pools Design a call!!

Gulfstream Pools, Jeromy, and Jim did an excellent job constructing our new pool. Jeromy worked with us to make sure our design was exactly what we wanted (He produced over 10 design changes and not once was this an issue). We were well informed as to each step of the construction process, and Jeromy was on site frequently to make sure everything was completely to out specifications. We had a specific date that we wanted the pool completed by and even though there were delays (permit and weather), Gulfstream got our pool completed on time.
