I have had the opportunity to work on numerous house flipping projects over the years, which gives me a solid understanding and a discerning eye for quality workmanship. Recently, I embarked on a complete gut renovation of a manufactured home that included an attached two-car garage. This was no small task, and the roofing aspect was particularly crucial to the success of the project. For this job, I chose Steven and his team from One Oak Roofing, and they exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment Steven and his crew arrived, it was clear that we had our work cut out for us. Upon removing the old shingle roof, we discovered that all the plywood underneath was damaged beyond repair. Couldn't be happier. Steven showed up the day after a limb fell on our roof and patched it for us ... he was there when the insurance adjuster surveyed the damage and he managed a great crew who installed a new roof in one day. Results are beautiful, cost was fair and the crew left the site spotless. Great guy, great crew, great service.

Excellent! Steven met with me quickly after requesting a quote for a new roof. He was very transparent and detailed on the estimate, going through every single item. No hidden costs, everything right up front. He helped me pick out a color, that I'm glad he chose, because I think it looks better than my original choice. His crew were on time, fast, and all areas around house were left super clean after the job was completed. Looks amazing. I highly recommend giving Steven at 1 Oak a call. It'll save you time, money and aggravation with getting a new roof.

Out of several companies we contacted to replace our roof we chose 1 Oak. In speaking with Steve we felt comfortable and confident we would get a great result and we did! Everything was delivered the day before as promised and work began early the next day. Everyone was polite and professional. All of our landscaping was covered and protected during the entire project. After the work was completed they did an awesome job cleaning up, literally everything! I even had my neighbors text me and say how great it looks! Steve came by after to make sure we were happy with our new roof and answer any questions we may have, he always took his time with us from start to finish and that really matters. We are very happy and can’t get over how amazing it looks. We highly recommend 1 Oak Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or even just a repair, you will not be disappointed! My experience with the team at 1 OAK roofing was nothing short of excellent. Steven provided great communication when it came time to set an appointment and showed up when promised. Him and Brian were able to analyze my tricky roof leak and come up with multiple approaches to best remedy. Brian was able to take close up photos on the roof and provide feedback towards a resolution. I felt comfortable that we have a plan in place to best fix the issue, with Steven’s focus on making sure I was satisfied and informed with multiple options - thankfully starting with a quick fix attempt first. If you’re looking for a quality roofing company in the Cartersville area, I can assure you’ll get wonderful and trustworthy results with the 1 OAK crew. It’s a well run business from the top down.

1 Oak roofing did an amazing job finished in one day cleaned up their mess my roof looks amazing I also got some gutters from them they look fabulous. I let Steven guide me in the colors used on the shingles and gutters and so glad I did! I’m so proud ! Isn’t she beautiful?! Oh, and Steven is prepared to give you an estimate and information on the roof repair when he comes out. The only one of four roofing companies.

We had a roof leak around one of our plumbing vents on our roof that was causing damage to our ceiling and causing mold in the attic. When I called and spoke with Stacy she was very professional and assured me that I would receive a call back from a field representative within an hour. Steve the owner called and was at our house in less than an hour and a half. Steve and his helper were very professional and helpful. They removed the roofing and cut out the bad plywood around the pipe where the leak was coming from. They then removed and replaced all the wet and damp insulation in the attic, replaced with new material and roofing around the affected area. They also put new boots on all the pipes and scraped the old sealant from all the roof vents and resealed them. Steve then came inside and painted the affected area on the ceiling. I know it’s is a long review but I can’t say enough good things about this company. It is so nice to have a roofer that responds quickly and professionally.
