Excellent service as always! Very friendly and super quick to respond. I requested AC repair on a 100 degree day - they sent a technician within 2 hours. Technician was professional and knowledgeable - my problem was resolved before he left! Thank you!

They came out same day. A part was needed and they came back to install and we decided to have duct work replaced they came right away. Service was amazing and Greg was so polite and explained everything with great detail. I will use them again. Thank you

They are very professional and super easy to work with. They put in a split unit for us, that is perfect. Any issues we had on our Central unit, they quickly resolved. Highly recommended. Thank you Michael & Stevi.

We have used several heating and air companies in the Middle Georgia area. None have come close to the service provided by 1st Choice. It isn't often you find one that remains responsive after the sell. Hunter and the team are ALWAYS quick to respond when we have a simple question or need a housecall. I would definitely purchaae from them again. 100% satisfied!!

In a house full of women, these guys really came through. They came out a few times to do quick fixes until we could get the new unit and that meant a lot to us. My mom and I both work a lot and the last thing we want is a hot house at the end of the day. They took really great care of us and we are so thankful.

Excellent company! We have used them in the past for repairs but our old, faithful unit finally died. They did a fantastic job on the installation of our new unit and thermostat. We are thankful for how easy they made the process. They have always been very quick to respond and provide superb customer service. I appreciate how friendly and professional their staff are. Anytime we have used this company they have always been very upfront and honest with us. They try to take the most conservative approach to fixing the problem first. Family and friends have used them as well and we all highly recommend 1st Choice!
