Josh is by far the best! I have had home inspections done with other homes that I have purchased and no one has come close to the detail, time, and effort that Josh puts into his reports. He will find and call out everything! He is tough, but that is what you need in a good home inspector. Thanks!

Josh did an amazing job with my home inspection! As a Realtor myself, I've seen hundreds of reports. He stayed after the inspection to meet us in person and walk us through every concern with thorough detail as well as options for solutions (a step that is so important and not all inspectors do!). The report he sends details his finding and is exactly what we need for strong negotiations with the sellers. Buying a house is very overwhelming and Josh made myself and my husband feel comfortable and informed with our investment. I highly recommend using Josh for your home inspection!

Josh was extremely thorough and professional. When we walked the property at the end of the inspection he identified areas of concern that we could not even see, and had the in depth knowledge as to the cause of the issues and mitigation. Will definitely use Josh again!

Josh at VGHI saved us from making a grave mistake on a NEW build. He found mold and a broken truss in the attic along with a lot of other safety concerns. I highly recommend him and his company. He was very thorough and honest with his inspection of the home. He has a great eye and took his time and helped save us from making a very poor long term financial decision.

I had the pleasure of having Josh as my inspector and he was phenomenal. Extremely thorough for each aspect of the inspection and having an initial report ready within 15 minutes after the inspection. Will definitely be a return customer!

Like the name states, these guys are very good home inspectors!
I needed a timely and well done home inspection. Chad in coordinating the inspection and Josh as the inspector, more than delivered with their service.
My family and I were very impressed with how detailed and specific the inspection report was along with the full walkthrough provided by Josh. Josh also answered many of our questions with professionalism and additional insights that benefited us greatly. Amazing job!

We hired Josh from Very Good Home Inspection for our new home and had such a great experience I had to complete this review. Josh was onsite ahead of the planned time, went through the entire process with me and would take the time to answer all my questions throughout the process.
