Came to visit AA on Saturday, had the pleasure of working with Nathalia H. I can't say enough about Natalia, she is amazing to work with and the level of service, expertise, and willingness to help was by far better than other stone suppliers. I was very impressed by that. I also learned AA has software that once the template is done, it overlays the cuts to your stone. So you know exactly how the countertops will look and there are no surprises, which I thought was very cool. Since you can see where the lines (features of the stone will go). Terms of pricing AA is comparable to many of the other competition, but their customer service is awesome.

If you are considering new countertops, this is the place you need to have provide your granite/marble/quartz (and others) AND do the installation. I found them completely by accident one day. I was in Norcross, asked SIRI for the closest granite location and AA Marble popped up. I am SO GLAD I drove there and they graciously took me on a tour of the area but the best thing was seeing FULL SLABS of stone that I could choose from. I already knew the name of the quartz and they had two beautiful slabs. One of them was gorgeous and I could visualize it in my kitchen. They reserved my slab. The entire project was delayed but they held my slab for MANY months until it was installed TODAY. The entire process from start to finish was managed perfectly. We always knew our next steps and what AA Marble was going to do. When we had appts., they were always waiting for us. I could say more, but hopefully you get the idea that using them for your project is worth it. Two things you NEVER skimp on are your cabinets and countertops. Just call them and experience their professionalism for yourself. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME REGARDING MY COUNTERTOPS WAS PICKING OUT MY SLAB AND LAYING OUT THE TEMPLATE ON THE QUARTZ SO THAT I COULD HAVE THE PATTERN/VEINING EXACTLY WHERE I WANTED IN THE KITCHEN. AA Marble let me do all of that...not all companies do that.

We recently completed an extensive home renovation and used AA Marble & Granite for the kitchen countertops, master bathroom vanities and our bar.

Based on our initial rough measurements, we went into the project resigned to the fact that we would need to buy (2) slabs of stone to complete the kitchen. After AA took our measurements, they were able to figure out a way to do the job with a single slab, which saved us about $3K in stone cost.

We're beyond happy with the finished product! The house looks amazing and working with the team at AA was a pleasure.
Professional, incredible communication, detail-oriented, on-time and beyond thorough...

Excellent selection of granite and Outstanding customer service. Sales staff at the shop was courteous, respectful and informative. AA had a large selection of slabs in a variety of grades (A thru G, low price to high priced). They explained difference in the grades and reasons for pricing them. They also explained in great detail the process, tasks for the homeowner, and what to expect. This was also provided in reference documents via email. Very customer-centric company. The template maker was professional, knowledgeable and punctual (even early to arrive) Again, he explained the process in great detail. The slab layout was done thoughtfully, ensuring that the "grain" flowed in the same direction on every piece. They explained where and why the seems would be. On installation day, the same fellow who did the template, showed up early, completed the work perfectly, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up well after the counters where in. Overall, an excellent experience. I will note that AA does not subcontract any other services - such as plumbers, electricians, tilers, etc. However, I had an similarly excellent experience with the contractor they recommended.

10 Year Update: All the above still applies. My countertops look and feel the same as new. with only minimal maintenance.

I have been wanting to post a review about our experience with AA Marble & Granite for years, so since they emailed customer like me today asking for a review, here goes:

First of all, we were told that what we were buying was granite. It specifically states this on our invoice. It is NOT. It is stone from the SCHIST (slate) family. SOFTER than granite. I recently had to get estimates for another countertop replacement, and told fabricators about our horrible experience during the last install (with AA Marble & Granite). The fabricators researched the stone, and confirmed it to us that it was NOT granite. In addition, at slab yards it was not ever labeled as a granite.

Second, because it is a softer stone, when AA’s fabricator cut the seams, it looks pretty shoddy. The seams are not neat lines like they should be, but instead very choppy chunk pieces filled in with epoxy.

Third, we were told the countertop sink section would be in 1-2 pieces, but when it arrived, it was in 3 pieces (therefore 2 shoddy seams).

Fourth, when the installers were putting in the sink they put a hole through the back of our sink area. We had just had the kitchen cabinets faux painted. The installers knew they made a hole but never bothered to help us repair it.

And finally, the WORST part is that for the thousands of dollars that we spent for GRANITE (not anything else!) the edges are all chipped. It looks awful and feels horrible to the touch. We would never have chosen marble or slate as a kitchen countertop.

We do NOT recommend AA Marble & Granite whatsoever. We have had other countertops replaced since the AA debacle. The countertop materials by other companies were labeled correctly, along with us having a perfect installation experience. Go somewhere else.

I quest we were very picky about our counter top, we visited a lot of places to find some thing that appeals to us. Including lows and Home Depot. But at the first visit we had with AA marble & granite, we knew that was our last destination. I highly recommend AA Granite for any countertop project you may have. I couldn't have had a better experience with everyone there. Parish (spelling?), John, Jay, Phillip, and Candy went over the top to make sure my experience with them was a positive one. They answered all the questions I had and addressed my concerns during every step of the process. Also, there wasn't one single other company that could compete as far as their pricing!
