Best ever. We have done several remodels in the past and never had anything even close to this team.
On time every day, courteous, kind, informative, never condescending nor dismissive, top notch customer service.
No wonder they are busy!
All of the workers that came here were wonderful but want to give a special shout out to Travis-great to work with and very patient- he also got positive feedback from my 2 year old granddaughter who calls him "Trav"...

It's been almost a year since AIM completed a full kitchen and great room remodel for us and we continue to enjoy how it all turned out. The staff was personable and communicative throughout all phases of the process and worked with us to refinish the wood floors when we were out of town. The two carpenters on our project, Jake and Travis, were the best (our dog loved them too). Their attention to detail was top notch and they did a wonderful job cleaning up every day.
We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat!

AIM remodeled three rooms for us in 2021. The rooms were two bathrooms and turning another small room into a laundry room. We loved the remodeled rooms then, and still do. AIM was always great at communicating with us. Very satisfied with AIM.

We first hired AIM to gut and update our 100 year old home’s bathroom based on a friend’s recommendation. Five years later, we had our kitchen remodeled by AIM. Their commitment to doing the job right, hiring knowledgeable people, and being responsive to our needs made us very pleased. Both projects have improved our home. We are very happy to recommend this company to other friends.

I worked with AIM in October of 2023 on a small bathroom remodel in my home. The project needed expert hands due to some very uneven walls and other unique issues in my older home. AIM tackled it with skill and professionalism. Great to work with.

We highly recommend AIM Kitchen and Bath. The construction team’s work is top-notch. We had a kitchen remodeling and a complete walk-in shower wall and floor replacement completed in 2022. Corey, Bronson, Marvin, the electrical and plumbing crew were all professional and responsive. Corey and Bronson managed the on-site team superbly including addressing a sensitive matter with the cabinet and hardware installation sub-contractor. The daily material drop-off and pick-up of demolition/construction debris worked so well without a big dumpster sitting in our narrow driveway for weeks. Bronson and Marvin came early or on time daily, worked hard to keep the project moving forward to meet the scheduled completion deadline. We have no major issues that need to be addressed post construction.
We would be happy to contract with AIM on future projects.

AIM was hired for a first floor remodel including a new kitchen and bathroom. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to interact with. Their attention to detail and willingness to adjust the original plan is top notch. We highly recommend their services.

AIM was absolutely wonderful to work with. Everyone from the office staff to the design team and tradespeople are super friendly and knowledgable. They completely removed a very scary basement bathroom, and replaced it with a beautiful, functional space. The space was very challenging and had a number of tricky spots, but they were great at creating innovative solutions that look great. They listened to what I wanted, and worked with the challenges of supply chain issues really well. They really care about their customers, and do everything they can to ensure you're happy with the end result. During the actual renovation, the same two guys came every day, which was great for peace of mind. They also were happy to stop and teach me a bit about what they were doing, which was nice. They were always super respectful, and made the process go by super quick. Would definitely recommend them for any big or complicated renovations!

Aim met and even exceeded our expectations! We’ve had other house remodels done in the past, and the quality and professionalism of Aim is in another league compared to random contractors we’ve used before. Our kitchen is breathtakingly beautiful, and we are so thankful to Patrick, Ben, Ben, and Brad for their hard work! We will definitely work with Aim from now on for any future remodeling projects!

We had an excellent experience working with AIM on a full bathroom remodel. Stephanie, our designer, listened to our vision and ideas, and created a space with a more functional layout and design. Throughout the process, Stephanie kept us updated and made it as stress-free as possible. Hunter and his crew did an awesome job on the project, which included intricate tilework, and the craftsmanship is outstanding. We highly recommend AIM for their excellent customer service and work!

We worked with AIM in 2020 and by Thanksgiving, we had 2 beautiful new bathrooms. During the planning and design process, Alex was so knowledgeable, super responsive, and really took the time to listen and make recommendations - the final outcome was everything we had envisioned and more. Our master bath is incredibly beautiful and we finally have the much needed storage space we were looking for. I cannot say enough about the entire crew at AIM as they were incredibly professional and pleasant to work with from start to finish – also, I love that they are a one stop shop. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate to work with AIM again in the future!

Aim did a complete kitchen remodel for us in the fall of 2020. Our remodel included new cabinets, new appliances, new hardwood flooring on the first floor, stairs, and upstairs hallway, knocking out walls, new drywall, paint, electrical, etc. Alex was great to work with and provided us with a range of cost options and we were able to get exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Aim has an experienced crew that was very detail-oriented and did a meticulous job for us. They didn't require constant monitoring to make sure we got the results we wanted, which was a nice improvement from other contractors we've used in the past. Aim was by far the most positive experience we've had with local contractors over 5 home improvement projects spanning the last 17 years. You can't go wrong by choosing Aim and you'll love the results!

We had a kitchen remodel done by AIM Kitchen & Bath and are so happy with it. Alex was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. I knew the layout needed to be changed but did not know how. Alex immediately suggested the perfect layout. He was also very helpful with design choices. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and he would always respond to me immediately. The construction crew was skilled, professional, and always cleaned up before they left for the day. The entire staff wants you to be happy with the job they have done and they stand behind their work. One year after the job had been completed, we had an issue where the garbage disposal was tripping the breaker. They sent the electrician out and it was fixed right away at no charge. We love our new kitchen and our experience with AIM went so smoothly. Aim Kitchen & Bath will always be our first choice.

AIM did an incredible job on our bathroom renovation and closet addition. They were professional, detail oriented and great communicators--and the end result is everything we wanted. Our project started in the early days of the pandemic and we were definitely nervous about having people in our house but AIM went above and beyond to keep everyone safe and healthy.
