We decided to build our custom home with Accurate in the spring of '22. We looked for months trying to find the best lot and builder combination to meet our wish list. We are in our early 30's and wanted a quiet neighborhood with great schools and good lot sizes. We finally found the best fit in the Acadia neighborhood. Accurate was amazing to work with. Everyone's effort was outstanding, responding to emails timely. I 've heard that is not always the case with other builders. Chris helped us create the best floorplan and exterior design. Sarah and Kelsey did a great job helping us decide on finishes. Our main concern was that our tastes and styles were different than many of the Accurate homes we toured. We are happy to say they allowed us to design the house exactly as we wanted. Their supplier partners were also great to work with. Their workmanship is outstanding, and the quality of the home is unquestionable. They were transparent with budgeting and completed construction on time. Their workers are highly skilled, a very special shoutout to Elvir. Amy created a home guide binder that has been very useful and is an example of how thoughtful their team is. We highly recommend building with Accurate. Everyone who has been in our home cannot believe the quality.

Accurate offers the best home building in the area. They build quality homes with attention to details, finishes and customer service. This is our third Accurate home. Kevin, Brenda, Cari and the entire staff at Accurate have been amazing to work with. They care about every aspect of the building process and final product. We know they wanted us to be completely satisfied with each home. Each home has been beautiful and unique.

I had originally took the time to go through and write a thoughtful review reflecting on my experience. I now believe that is pointless and no meaningful change will come from it.
We had to have our entire LVP floor replaced. We have multiple window issues and the grout all had to be done. Instead of an apology, I get called combative and uncivil because I disagree with some of the quality of repairs being made under warranty. I guess holding people to a high standard on a near $900k home is wrong.
After not receiving any reviews for 4 years, now people who had their homes built up to 20 years ago are being solicited for reviews to offset ours.
Amy, Elvir and our trim carpenters were awesome. Amy and Elvir have work their tails off to make sure we’re happy.

Having had built 8 custom homes in my life I can tell you that no one does it better than Accurate Development. Having also been a custom home builder in the SE part of the US I can tell you that Accurate cuts no corners in quality and attention to detail. Whenever you build a home with 200 people touching the project there are bound to be some small issues. Every engagement with their entire staff has been incredibly pleasing. There are not nicer people in the world. I visited the site every day. The best subcontractors are used and when you talk to them they all say the same thing. If I were building a home I would use no one other than Accurate Development. The materials in the standard trim package is nice but if you want to ensure the finest of materials the sky is the limit on quality. The best experience in all my builds across multiple states. Accurate development is simply the best. I think you get out of relationships what you put in them. We are friendly and always met with a smile from all those involved in the project. Incredible experience! I highly recommend Accurate and would be happy to talk to anyone about the experience.

Everyone that touched the house from beginning to end was excellent. From design to the build and completion all have been kind, professional and helpful. We still waive at Joe & Elvir every morning. And the owners are hands-on and responsive if anything comes up, which very little has and it has been minor. They have been wonderful. We would build with Accurate Development again in a heartbeat.
