Eric Carter guided us through an extensive remodel, with careful attention and knowledge all along the way. He has a good eye for design, was willing to voice opinions without overpowering our preferences, and yet still saw value and was willing to bring in outside design help when necessary. He did a great job with preliminary space planning and in the end we’re very content with our layout and design. Eric demands high quality workmanship from his subs and we were pleased with the tradesmen onsite – both for their skill and their personas. Both Eric and his subs were very respectful of us as a family living in a construction site. In addition, he has a steady and positive manner. As with any project, we had highs and lows, and unexpected costs, but Eric never wavered in being positive, polite, and quick to come to a resolution. Instead of escalating a problem, he had the ability to talk us off the ledge. Finally, if we were not happy, then Eric was not happy and we believe he honestly wanted the best for us and our project.

For several years I thought about updating my home. But after hearing so many home remodeling nightmares, I put it off. I can honestly say that in this era of mediocre customer service, Eric Carter is a welcome exception. His design expertise exceeded all my expectations. Eric from 312 has been phenomenal to work with. From the initial call to the folks he selected to finish my bathroom, everyone has been incredibly professional and friendly. I found the pricing to be more than fair. I had anticipated the project to take a much longer time, however Eric and his team drastically exceeded my expectations for the completion time.

Eric Carter and his team of contractors exceeded my expectations and were the best choice in a home remodel to make. Eric was delightful to work with. He made me and my home feel like a priority throughout the entire process. When I looked at homes to purchase, he consistently stood out in remodeled homes that showed quality designs and workmanship. When it came to remodeling my own home I contacted Eric Carter. His flat fee rate and transparent construction costs allowed me to have a better understanding and management of my remodel. When I talked with Eric, he immediately had ideas for my house. His positive attitude and willingness to get to work right away were impressive. I felt like my needs and style were taken into consideration when making recommendations. The type of people that Eric has working for him says a lot about Eric.
