Had the pleasure of meeting with Matt Bonner and Jason Cato. Courteous, punctual and genuine. These guys know their stuff and are down to earth people. Some things I didn’t understand and they took the time to show me and explain. I gained knowledge through dealing with them. 10/10 recommend them and 318 for all your needs.

I am very very pleased with the work done by 318 Construction. My initial interaction with Codie is what led me to move further with my repair. Codie was so nice and so helpful and kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. Once Kash came on board he was equally helpful in always making sure to get my input and keeping me informed. The workers were quick, very efficient and very polite. I would definitely recommend 318 Construction for your repair needs.

I was pleased to have had 318 Construction complete the reconstruction work in both of my bathrooms ( drywall patch and paint walls, install/paint baseboards, install and reinstall vanities with plumbing trim out) and replace needed baseboards and paint baseboards in Master bedroom. Matt Bonner was easy to communicate with about the work that was to be done and he made sure I received copies of all documents. Jason Cato was available to answer any questions and make sure the work was being completed as it should. He was on site several times during the completion of the job. I would definitely choose 318 Construction for any future projects and will recommend the company to friends and family.

I cannot say enough good things about 318 Construction. They went above and beyond for us after a tree fell on our house in April, destroying almost 2/3s of the house.
Matthew and Kash were the best to work with during this time. They constantly communicated with me to let me know how things were progressing, offered up suggestions and help when I needed it while picking out everything from the flooring to the brick on the house and took care of the insurance communications for me so that I wouldn't have to.
Their work is top notch and I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know for roofing, building and interior work. We were extremely fortunate to have such an amazing and talented crew to work with, extremely happy with the results and look forward to working with them in the future when needed.
Thank you to 318, Matthew and Kash! We're back home again thanks to you guys!

I highly recommend 318 Construction! They did a great job on our roof. Thanks to Codie Poe, our project manager, Matt Bonner, and the hard-working crew who did a fantastic job in just a couple of days. We were very impressed with the way they worked & cleaned everything up before they left. They are so friendly too. Our roof looks great!
