Update: they would have had a 5 star rating if the communication was sooner on delays. Once Elliot connected with me over my unhappiness. He followed through with everything he could do within his power. They completed the job I one day after an unsuccessful try with a gap in between. They also left my area well done without me needing to buy dirt and mulch, on a rainy day as well!

Elliot came with a crew and partnered with New Dimensions Plumbing to replace an old galvanized steel pipe from the street to my basement. That work went very well and was done expeditiously.

To pass county inspection, a few changes had to be made at the connection in my basement. Elliot did all of these updates for me and was extremely pleasant to work with. He communicated frequently via text and phone call, maintained the highest degree of professionalism, and cared deeply about my satisfaction with his work.

He spent time teaching me what he was doing (I’m a curious guy by nature) and also showed me how I can check my homes water pressure on my own in the future.

I’d recommend Elliot and A&A Construction and Utilities to anyone who is looking for high quality work done by professionals who care about their customers

My sewer line was deteriorating and clogged up. Elliott was great. He came out the next morning and explained what they would do and answered all of my questions. The job was done with in no time. The workers did an amazing job!! And my yard is not all dug up. I would definitely recommend this company for all your utility needs.

I met with Elliot, who explained the process, discussed any potential issues and handled things very professionally. The repairs were scheduled and completed in one day. The crew arrived on time, worked hard and steady, and did a great cleanup afterwards. The price was very reasonable. It was a very positive experience for sure, and I would recommend their services to anyone.
