The 1st American homes team provided an excellent service. Tina and Sonny were willing to hear any of my concerns about my house prior to the inspection and made sure to address those rather than do a set routine only.

When Sonny saw thst I paid for a Carbon Monoxide test with no gas appliances of any sort he also provided an alternate mold test in the house instead of the CO test that wasn't relevant.

Excellent company and excellent team.
