The team at Portsmouth Quality Flooring was stellar. They were great communicators, flexible and executed on the install. Andrew (installer) was right on time and worked quickly. He kept it tidy and updated me throughout the install. I would definitely recommend!

We replaced approximately 500 sq ft of flooring in our home. PQF was responsive, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We had someone come out to talk over the project, answer questions, and give us a quote. We visited their location in Scarborough to choose the flooring we wanted. Amara went over every line item with us and helped us compare quotes for different floors so that we could meet our budget. They let us take home some samples to see how they'd look in the house. We were able to schedule the install within our preferred window and the installers were on time, professional, and got the whole thing done in half a day. The floor looks amazing and we are very happy with it. At all stages, PQF was so helpful and answered all our questions quickly. They came back out to fix a minor issue and helped coordinate the return of some extra flooring we had left over at the same time. Shout out to Amara who was involved at every step and was great to work with! We would definitely recommend working with PQF!

We were doing a complete makeover of our upstairs guest bathroom. Everyone we dealt with at Portsmouth Quality Flooring performed their functions perfectly. Amara and Jaleel guided us to a perfect vinyl floor selection; Shannon's quote was accurate and fair; Marc did an amazing install, including subfloor and edges; and Chad was fast and professional at the last details of finishing the flooring part of the project.
Everyone we came in contact with was courteous, friendly and professional. We will not need to go anywhere else when it comes time to do the next room. Thank you to all at PQF !!!

We cannot thank Amara enough !! From the moment we walked into the showroom she was so personable and welcoming and immediately asked all the appropriate questions to help start narrowing down our choices. Over the next 6 months her professionalism, knowledge of the products and her bright positive energy made our experience so much fun. Shannon and Brittney were super amazing and helpful as well. Just a great team of people. I would recommend PQF and highly recommend Amara for your next flooring project !!

We had a great experience with this company—very glad we chose them to do our flooring! We will definitely use them in the future. They were helpful, professional, knowledgeable, quick, reasonably priced, available, responsive, and definitely focused on customer service. Amara was our sales rep and she was so helpful helping me make my choice on flooring type and color! I can’t say how many times I went back to the store and asked to borrow tiles to bring home to look at in the space in different lighting. They were very patient and understanding. Shannon did our measurements and was very knowledgeable on flooring, install, trim—he was awesome in that he helped us to figure out where we could save money by doing some things ourselves—what was feasible and tips on how to do things. It helped us save a lot on the overall price, which ended up being the most reasonable between several other nearby companies. The flooring price itself wasn’t the cheapest, but so much more goes into the final quote and once all other factors considered (install, delivery, transition pieces, caulking, floor prep, moving appliances, etc;) they ended up being the best price. I could have gotten “cheaper” flooring elsewhere but ended up paying much more! And the end product looks great. As far as durability goes, we can’t much say one way or the other because they just got installed, but if I have any issues with flooring quality or problems with the company going forward (which I doubt—they have been great with customer service thus far), then I will update the review.

A very professional service from beginning to end. They have a large selection of carpets so I was easily able to find one I really liked for my stairs. Marc, who installed the carpeting, gave great attention to the details and did a perfect job. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Had a great experience at Portsmouth Quality Flooring in Scarborough. Amara was awesome to work with from start to finish! She went above and beyond to help us get the new walk-in shower we wanted. From helping us pick out the perfect tiles to coordinating the entire installation. The tile installation went perfectly, the installer was on time every day and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them if you need tile work done!

We had a wonderful experience working with Portsmouth Quality Flooring in Scarborough Maine.! Amara was wonderful to work with. She was very informative, but not pushy at all. They installed our stair runner while we were on vacation and like magic, when we arrived home, it was completely installed and looked great. We would 100% work with this company again for our next project.
