Great pool store with all the supplies you need and a friendly, helpful staff. I use them for opening and closing my pool too. They've helped walk me through upgrades to my sand filter, pump and heater.

I love 3 R pools! They just replaced our liner and they came on time, the workers (young men) were very polite , and efficient. Everything was a well oiled machine. The girls who work in the store are great also! Very nice and helpful.

We had a more than wonderful experience with 3R pools and their entire crew putting in our pool at our new build. They always did everything they said they'd do and came when they said they'd come. They were helpful in all aspects to helping design the pool, to selections to answering questions throughout the build. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend George, Jim and their team!

Haven’t been a customer of 3R Pools for a while but this is the worst pool store in my opinion. Horrible service. Very overpriced. One year, they opened my pool and turned the water black and refused to fix it. Another pool store in the area of Brighton/Howell helped fix it. My suggestion is to consider other pool service stores before this one. Do NOT recommend.

Rude and unprofessional. Zero communication from this company. Went from our pool will be installed in august, to the first of next year to they don’t even know if it will be next year. All with no communication. You will have to call from different phone numbers to get to talk to anyone because they will not take your call. We got our deposit back. Owner didn’t even care to reach out to see why we were unhappy. Sorry but one unhappy customer is one too many in my book.

After being referred by someone I contacted 3R to get a quote and time line for a pool. That was all fine and dandy until they got my $5000 deposit. Then it was the silent treatment. No communication. And when I asked for an update on how things were going I was treated as though I was an inconvenience. George was hostile and made me feel like I shouldn't be questioning things. They can't seem to give you a straight answer. I was outright lied to. This started during the winter and I was simply trying to get an answer on if we would get done this year. No call. The only time they responded quickly was when we asked for our deposit back. There's nothing worse then bad communication except NO communication. I could go and on but it's not worth my time. Beware of false promises from this company. They returned our money today and couldn't care less.

Jim and the crew are great. They put in our inground pool about three years ago. We had a couple other local pool companies come out to take a look at the area of the proposed pool. Jim from 3R pools stood out above the competition in all areas. They put us on the schedule and ended up starting a week earlier than projected. We couldn’t be happier with our new pool thanks to Jim and the crew. We also buy our pool products from the Howell store. Everyone that works at the store is friendly and helpful.Great pool done right for a fair price. Forget the competition and call 3R POOLS you will not be disappointed. I intentionally waited three years to review this pool and to this day we have had zero issues.
