They started off so well and ended terribly. Buyer beware. We had two specific requests, complete room darkening shade and controllable by Alexa. Both did not happen. The salesman told us to change and build out the trim on our window to allow for the U-channel tracks for room darkening. We spent $1,100 just doing trim and paint plus $1,500 on the motorized blinds and hub for controlling. And now we have shades that are not controllable other than the legacy remote. All promised automation features do not work and the app as well as the Alexa skill are both rated one-star because of the motors that they use.

When installed no hub was provided then they dropped it off 10 days later with no installation or instructions. After several hours on YouTube and Google searches we self-installed and discovered that the app no longer supports voice assistants. Terrible system that everyone that had it hates.

When I called to complain I spoke to someone who appeared to be an owner/manager who was insulting telling me that what I was saying about the app/skill was untrue. In essence calling me a liar. 9 days ago, I was promised a call back the next day by the same person but no response. Multiple texts to Jeff (salesperson)have had no response.

I have requested to return the blinds so that I can buy from a more reputable source and no one will respond to my texts or calls.

Terrible and disappointing experience with disgusting customer service. I was happy to buy from a local source but they have zero integrity. Buyer beware.
