Owner likes to argue a lot. Two technicians came on separate days and looked at my AC unit and said it is totally okay and sent a bill over. I told them I have no problem paying the bill the second the room is cold. Meanwhile the room has been 85°+ before and after their service(s). I asked the owner if they could send someone out to finally get the air conditioning sorted, he said no as the bill has not been paid. (I made it very clear I will not pay until the room is cold both before, and after the service.) It is currently 90° in the house. Both technicians that came were very respectful, however they were unable to fix the issue. The second technician that came assured me it would be cold the next day, and that if it wasn’t to simply call. Called the next day no answer. Called the day after and the owner is unprofessional and hung up on my face; stating that their company does not work for free which is totally fair however I also refuse to pay for a room that reaches 90°+ at times.
TLDR
Avoid, unprofessional
Had the job been finished I would have paid. It’s not.

Service tech came early after getting approval. He was thorough and polite. He did everything quickly and cleanly. He explained everything he did in a manner I could understand. I have my Furnace and ac put in in 2020 by this company and have had maintenance done on my furnace as well. They have always been very efficient. The place they had to put my furnace was a very tight squeeze and they had to do some fabrication but did an excellent job. Definitely would and do recommend them.

Ryan spent more time than other companies quoting my needs. Provided options to equipment. Taught me quite a bit. He Identified existing conditions/things that needed to be addressed to meet current codes. Work was completed in a day (air conditioner unit, furnace, duct work).

1st Heating exceeded my expectations for servicing my AC 4 years after they installed it. They worked me into their schedule the next day after my call, they got the AC running the same day and all at a very reasonable cost. They offered me a very reasonable service plan that extends some warranty benefits. The technicians were courteous, understanding and more importantly, knowledgeable. I'm recommending 1st H&C to everyone who asks.

Ryan at 1st Heating and Cooling is so great to work with- very responsive and knowledgeable. He came out, gave us the estimate (which beat the other ones we got), and had the installation done in a week. Excellent customer service!

The 1st Heating and Cooling Company has done everything great for me!
From the initial phone call to the final turnover after completion of my AC Replacement. Ryan and Wes’ Team are all on the same page to do top notch work. From their friendliness, knowledge of product, clean-presentable appearance and their on time prompt service, they’ve come to work to earn my business, trust and confidence.
Definitely very conscious of their behavior as they have made sure to be respectful of my home by placing floor coverings on my carpet and shoe protection in other areas. 1st Heating and Cooling arrived to tackle the one day installation with 3 technicians and they worked efficiently to complete as promised. I’m impressed with their work and their entire crew as at no point did they not impress. Workmanship is clean and tidy. My AC now is working great and pumping out very cold air!
I am very happy with my decision to go with 1st Heating and Cooling. They definitely come highly recommended in my book ??

1st Heating & Cooling has a customer for life from me! Competitive pricing, and quick to respond. But what sold it for me was that Ryan took the time to find out what my needs were - what I didn't like about my current system, how long I plan on staying in my house - and then based my new system on that. He explained everything that he was recommending so thoroughly that I knew I was making the best choice.
His team that did the install were on time, friendly yet professional, and did a great job. When they had to cut a new hole in my tile, Joe made sure I knew before they cut it and explained exactly why it had to be done. They made sure I knew how to work my new system before they left. And the only sign that they'd even been here was an awesome new furnace and AC where my 36 year old one once sat!! Thank you to Ryan and his team for making this a seamless, stress free process!!

Owner is a scam artist. Tried to charge me $223 for diagnostic/service call charge. He refused to honor the coupon for $50. Not trustworthy owner/management. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

I’m very happy with my choice of going with 1st heating and cooling. Our boiler and all the pipes/valves needed to be replaced in the middle of winter. Scott was very knowledgeable and very professional, he also gave me a great price. Installation was also very neat and organized. Eric did a great job with making sure boiler was working properly prior any payments were made. I am very thankful of everyone’s hard work, and I will always make sure to call them in the future for heating and cooling.
