Overall

We bought a house with big problems in the crawl space and 911 Restoration did an amazing job cleaning out everything (for another company to come in and encapsulate it). Services included removing of old debris, abandoned cast iron pipes and insulation as well as treatment of mold and more.

Christyan did an amazing job explaining everything upfront in detail and joined the job on-site to ensure everything is done with great attention to detail. We LOVE Christyan, but of course the rest of the team was a pleasure to work with as well (James, Kyle, ...).

We hopefully never need these services again - but if we do, they will be our company of choice for sure.

Way overcharged and ripped off. Charged me $2000 to put a couple fans in my basement and 2 dehumidifiers. $250 of that was to take the trim off the walls and "cut" a few inches of drywall away. See the below picture for their cut. Then when they were done they didn't even put the trim back or fix the walls at all! I called them up to see if they could fix their work and they wanted to charge me $450 to finish the job they started! I will never call a restoration company to do work again. If your basement floods just go to home Depot and buy all the equipment yourself.
